We've been using Klaviyo for a long time and have continued to stay with the platform because of its rich feature set, ease of use, and flexibility. More importantly, it consistently delivers a strong return on investment, making it a valuable part of our marketing strategy.

Pros: Great features, clean and intuitive user interface, and most especially it's fast! Cons: For an expensive application like Okendo, you'll expect customer service support is top notch. It's not, it's one of the worst out there! They'd assign you a dedicated onboarding specialist but would not respond on a timely manner, their live chat takes ages to reply.
We started getting a lot of reviews after we switch over to Stamped.io. Lots of great features plus customer service is prompt and very helpful. Best review app!

Love how it's so easy to use and the service. We encountered some issues because the plugin is conflicting with our theme but the customer support is super fast to act on it. Thank you for a great application!
