I like the app. Veena tried to help me calmly and quickly. unfortunately i have to rebuild my upsells and cross sells after updating to a new theme. Will still use the app.

After a year of "set it and forget it" (because it just works), I needed some help and support answered within a day with step by step instructions. Happy customer here.
Working with EAS has been fantastic. They feel like a small team but deliver first class service even to a small player like us. Attentive, responsive and easy to deal with, I don't know how we would have navigated the EU and UK taxes without them.
I had a technical issue and Offerly not only replied right away, they worked with me to get a custom solution to the problem. The Make an Offer button has also been working great. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer service. Not only do they tell you what you need. They just offer to do it for you. As I told John, that was the best interaction with support I've had.

Tamarry at support fixed my issue before I had a chance to switch from checking my email back to my store.
Tony at chat support was super helpful. He just asked what I wanted and made it happen.
