We are using this app in combination with another app of theirs (attribute pro) to automatically apply discounts in checkout. There is a lot more this app can do that we will certainly unlock over the coming weeks and months. Whatever it is you want to do, Andrea will leave no stone unturned to figure it out for you!

Great help and support from Kate and the team during our initial setup. The dev team have also been really supportive of exploring new features when we suggest improvements or some additional functionality. The user interface is easy to setup and manage, and data sync is frequent and accurate.

Absolutely love this app. It gives me great insights at the touch of a button that help me identify opportunities and analyse so many aspects including how other apps are working inc loyalty, upsells etc as well as helps inform product design decisions. We are also using the merchandising function which is good on the whole and certainly better than others we investigated but does still chuck out some strange anomalies! Kori on the customer team is always really helpful and quick whenever I have a query.

The helpdesk team are really proactive and responsive. Programme is fairly easy to set up and integrate The missing star is because some features are not yet available inc but not limited to - being able to view invoices, being able to edit all assets available, some bugs in the system where uploaded content deletes itself. Dont think the analytics are that straightforward yet or intuitive Overall though I would recommend as the team really want you to succeed and give their support whereever and as much as possible and I do think the few remaining bugs will get ironed out. Do I think this has driven increased loyalty? I am not sure yet as the analytics dont make that easy to monitor BUT I do think the goodwill this creates among customers is worthwhile. NB extra edit: Since leaving this review, the smile team have been tenacious in resolving some of the issues I had - they really do want to make this a 5 star experience for everyone. I am changing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars as they do deserve the extra star for this alone! A couple of things to note though - still cannot view invoices in the billing section and the reports dont show behaviour of those who are not enrolled to get a clear picture. What I noted from using my own analytics was that so far this scheme has not improved loyalty, but it has improved AOV. And I still maintain that the goodwill it provides to our customers is beneficial. For the cost of the programme vs what smile provides I believe this is good value and I am glad I chose smile over their competitors

I'm still using the free trial so jury is out on the product yet as we are only just setting it up but the customer service / help desk are amazing so leaving the review to compliment them on a job very well done. So far the app looks good but only been using it for a couple of days so will give a more thorough review after a month

Thoroughly recommend this app for having basic and advanced features that native shopify does not. It has made the jump to shopify from magento much easier
