TaxRex is a straightforward, inexpensive solution to sales tax handling for our small ecommerce business. Highly recommend if you just want compliance and don't need more bells and whistles than necessary.

This app is awful and highly unpredictable! Some products sync, others dont, and for no apparent reason. Then one day, products that fail sync will randomly pass and be published to our live store. Support is awful and most of the time, agents have insufficient knowledge to even remotely help.

Excellent customer care! Lee, Vivian, Lulla, and everyone on the Opus team has consistently gone above and beyond to help us, despite being on the free plan. The app is easy to use and has many features that suit our needs, but it's really the customer care that shines above the rest. Highly recommend!
