We’ve had such a great experience working with Supportify. Their AI chatbot has honestly taken a huge load off our customer service team. It’s helped cut down so much of the manual back-and-forth, while still giving our customers fast, helpful responses. It’s made a real difference in our day-to-day operations. What we appreciate most is their team. They’re incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Anytime we’ve needed something customized or adjusted, they’ve handled it quickly and paid attention to even the smallest details. It never feels like we’re just another account, they genuinely care about getting things right. Couldn’t recommend them more if you’re looking for a smart solution backed by a team that truly shows up.

The service has been a terrible experience overall. The app is unreliable, functioning properly less than 10% of the time. Resolving their integration errors takes up to a week, which is unacceptable for any business. The management team shows no regard for their customers. Despite being promised a discounted rate for onboarding three stores, they suddenly revoked the discount without any prior notice. I only discovered this when I was downgraded to the cheapest tier, resulting in syncing being turned off and 50 TikTok orders left unsynced. Their decision to prioritize profits over customer agreements is disappointing. While the customer service team is polite, they lack the authority to resolve any real issues. Overall, this service is not worth the cost. There are plenty of better, more affordable alternatives on the market that provide superior features and support.

I really like how easy it is to use this program as a whole. The design is clean, easy to understand, and simple to use, which I really like. The learning curve was not too steep, which made using the software very easy and simple for me. It's clear that the main goal of its creation was to help people understand it. I can't end this review without mentioning how much help Leila gave me when I started working there. Her advice was very helpful. Leila's deep knowledge of the software and her ability to explain it in a way that was easy to understand made the training process much easier for me. Thank you, Leila, for making my time so much fun. You set a high standard for customer service.
