I appreciate the quick and comprehensive customer support available at Yotpo! Their availability to rapidly resolve time sensitive issues, resolve duplicates, provide 3rd party integration support, modify widgets as needed, and to migrate content quickly is so appreciated! Really great app. Super intuitive to use. I did have one issue related to my GTINs since my product is a digital/custom product but support was immediate via chat and I was able to get everything fixed right away. Would recommend!
I had a really negative experience with this app that cost us money. They insisted they were compatible with Yotpo and had us delete our Yotpo schema, which was disastrous and hurt our product appearance in Google. Baris, presumably the creator, was rude and arrogant. I really regret installing this app and am paying for it - literally - with the fallout from using their schema to replace my old schema. If you're an established business, RUN!

I have used a few different upsell apps over the past three years and this one is BY FAR the best. I mix and match my upsells and this one makes it very easy to do. Definitely would recommend.
I've tried a few digital file apps for our Shopify store now and Sky Pilot is definitely the best. Digital Download (Shopify's version) is just too basic and can be really cumbersome to work with. The other one we tried was SendOwl and it's also fairly limited when stacked against this app. We think Sky Pilot is definitely the best for our needs. The app is great and the customer service is quick and pain free.
Really thrilled with this app. It does what a few others couldn't do, and when I asked for some custom work to make it look right on my site there were definitely on top of it. Thanks!
Absolutely love it! I've tried a few that claim to do the same thing but this is the best by far.
