had a glitch, hopped on support and they fixed it instantly. some of the best support i've received from an app, and their app is also CRUCIAL to our shopify store's success. this is an amazing app that we would highly recommend!
I love the flow app - it's helped me automate so many various things
I love that this allows me to work from my phone so easily to manage support chats. I really wish that we would be allowed to have quick replies with more than 350 characters. I have a lot of support questions that could use much longer responses that are pre-filled, but i have to go to my customer support system & copy the responses to bring over, which takes some time. I also wish that we could see which instant answers caused sales to happen, so we had a better grasp on which instant answers to keep and what to else to test!
Been using this for a few months, and really love all the data I can see from my customers who visit our site. I've been able to resolve some pretty major issues as well thanks to watching these videos

This app is horrible. it jumps from 84 to 57 visitors in just seconds. the number jumps around too much and it's not customizable.
They have really fast customer service. I am very excited to use this app and check out some of their advanced features as well
Love this app, and love the customer support! Onboarding was amazing, and ongoing live chat support is beyond compare.
