This app works for a few weeks and then doesn't work. should've known by the reviews and there is NO customer support don't know how many customers I've lost in a month! Do not trust it!

Hi there. Sorry you're experiencing frustration with our support team, that's never something we want to see We checked your Popup and it works fine. The reason no one subscribed is because your Popup is unattractive. Getting visitors to subscribe is not easy. We suggest you to provide attractive discounts or gifts in Popup to attract visitors to subscribe. At the same time, you need to constantly analyze the result of the campaign and improve it to get a better conversion rate. Avada and Emily fixed my chat issues with this new app. So grateful! I didn't know my other one didn't work right. It was so easy I really didn't need much help, but I was really excited to see that an actual person was online to help me, without having to wait for an email or till operating hours to reply. I just had to say Hello and there was Emily! Responding immediately! thank you
Great app! had to contact support to figure it out on my store and explain exactly how I wanted everything displayed. Emma was very helpful and made sure it looked exactly like how I wanted it. Ther reviews are very easy to get from AliExpress and you can edit anything on them. Thanks Emma!!!!
This app won't get off my Shopify store after I have uninstalled it! It is on my THEME and I cannot get it off or out of my store. It is preventing my new review from even showing up. If anyone knows how to delete this completely, please let me know. I do NOT RECCOMEND! F**ckin HACKERS!!!!!

I AM REMOVING FROM MY STORE NOW! PLAYING AROUND WITH IT AND IT REFUSES MY PAY IN 4 PAYMENTS. THIS APP ALSO TRACKS EVERY ORDER I HAVE COMING TO MY HOUSE FROM OTHER COMPANIES IN WHICH I DO NOT USE SHOP PAY. KIND OF CREEPY AND IT'S MESSING UP MY ENTIRE CHECK OUT PROCESS. I AM LEARNING THAT EVERY APP FROM SHOPIFY IS A JOKE!!!!! AND BLOCKS YOUR ACCOUNTS! NEVER USE THE INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK APP THEY OFFER OR MAIL!
