For the price—free or 6.99 USD/month (yearly)—it's hard to beat. The app doesn't have many bells and whistles that complicate it. Manually entering the questions from our old app is a hassle, but for what it's worth, it isn't a huge deal. However, importing reviews is a breeze. The support is fairly responsive and the team does good work.

Excellent product and spot on assistance if and when needed. This product is a life saver for us. This program and the developer have been a real-life saver to work with. Highly recommend.
We have been using the suite of software from Forsberg for a while and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Recently we needed some modifications done and we were lucky enough to get Jose who absolutely knocked it out of the park with support and modifications. Great concept, easy to implement and puts the power and money back in the hands of the merchants as it should be.
Best Printing App there is! We have tried a few others and nothing even comes close to what this one offers.

Route is a fantastic service that I am glad we implemented to our site. We ship tons of products both in the US and internationally and Route gives us peace of mind. From lost package claims to damaged items we lost a ton before Route. They also have a fantastic order tracking app for customers and not to mention their design team should be proud of themselves for the minimalist but very polished look.

Very useful app. We use this for weekly announcements/promotions. We like that is very simple to use and highly customizable. It would be nice if it could do recurring announcements, however. Still, it works exactly how we would like and expected!
I honestly cannot say enough good things about not only this app, but the company as well. Harshul was prompt to assist us with every issue we had, and solved everything in a timely manor. We are more than satisfied with this company and will continue using any app they put out.
Writing 3-stars because the app itself is fantastic. Where I am disappointed is the support. I have reached out with two different questions and after almost 2 weeks, still have not gotten a response.
Fantastic App! I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to take their eCommerce store to the next level. Their support staff is INCREDIBLY fast and knowledgeable, both Tina and Alice have been superb!

Fantastic App! Customer support is quick to answer and actually gives you the assistance you need rather than just a cookie-cutter response. 10/10 recommend.
