The app has great features and analytics. But, I really appreciate the support team that responds really quick and I used them multiple times already.

Pros: great integration with shopify. Customer info at finger tips. Cons: It needs more features: Provide email support, so that we can use the same tool for chat and email support. Provide levels of instant responses, so that we can have more of them available in a categorized way, allow customers to easily upload attachments. Better options styling and layout options to help avoid overlapping with cart page buttons.

Got it installed and integrated into the theme. Setup was easy. Now getting orders in other currencies :) Would love it if there was a choice which theme to integrate to instead of published one by default. Big thanks for your good words.
