The app is excellent, simple, easy to use, but very effective. Customer service is very prompt and reactive. My situation was pretty complex thus the customer service operator has rapidly escaled to the app owner that has helped me defining effective rules. In 20 minutes I have completely changed the shape of my payment methods and I am sure this will lead an improvement in conversion rate and savings in transaction fees thanks to the clever sorting of the methods. I highly recommend AI Translate, for stores with a vast product range and a dynamic content production process. I evaluated it as a high-end app with a fair price. Because I have “suffered” a lot due to my wrong decisions around translation apps I hope my review will improve the lives of other store owners. I have experimented with numerous translation apps. Considering the recent developments of Shopify, I believe it is crucial to use an app that relies on native Shopify translation technology. This makes it simple to handle translation import/export and offers seamless integration with Shopify Markets functionality. AI Translate scores a perfect 10/10 on this front. The app's service is outstanding, with the team always available to provide quick and accurate responses to queries via live chat. They are also extremely courteous and helpful, earning them another 10/10. When it comes to translation quality, the app's "engine" and the availability of a glossary feature are essential considerations. As someone who wanted to utilize DeepL, I was pleased to discover that AI Translate not only offers DeepL but also Google Translate. For this reason, I give the app another 10/10. The app's user interface is straightforward and shares the same look and feel as the Shopify backend. It is very fast, which is rare for most translation apps. While this may be a matter of personal preference, I appreciate this design and give it a 10/10 rating. The app's pricing is fair and reasonable, considering the high-quality features and service it offers. If you wish to use DeepL, you will need to create a separate account directly with them, which I believe is an excellent approach since it eliminates any markups. Overall, AI Translate is a top-tier translation app, and I highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner that is serious about investing in website localization. I have done very detailed work to compare the various app to manage affiliates. First, discard some apps that are really expensive and then select a few more accessible for a small store. After comparing features, and installing some, BixGrow wins hands down. The backend infrastructure is modern, friendly and pretty customizable. The interface for customers and affiliates is also very appealing and user-friendly (on average my users are not very techy so this was very important for me and that's why I discontinued 2 apps I used in the past). Customer service is excellent, I have chatted first with Quinn and then with Pam and cleared my (long) list of questions pretty easily. Ended up purchasing the PRO plan immediately. The value is huge and I am sure it will repay super fast.
