Works very well UNTIL you have to make an address correction (in our case a customer left part of their shipping address off their order) We are unable to make any changes to the unshipped label OR reach ANYONE at BorderBuddy Canada. We've been calling (no answer) and sent multiple emails with no reply. Very disappointing and stressful at this point! We've been using the app for about one month. Satisfied with it until needing assistance to correct a customer shipping address error - which should be easy prior to shipping.

It really helps us automate our sales, orders and products for our online store and QuickBooks. Removing the need for manual entries. Nikhlesh Verma was very helpful and showed us how to optimize and use the product sync settings.

This is a wonderful app! Easy to use and has several different types of offers available. Discounts are added to the cart automatically! Would definitely recommend this app!

I'm forced to downgrade my rating of this app from 4 stars to 2 stars. Initially, we were happy with its operation, but customer service is slow, simple customizations are challenging, it's buggy, and I get the sense that tech support staff is under-trained and burdened. Honestly, I think we would be better off using the product variants feature built into the Shopify admin dashboard for everything that Bold Product Options currently handles. We have already been forced to do this for some products where the Bold app can't accomodate our needs, which are pretty normal and reasonable for an e-commerce website. I think the app has potential, but unfortunately, it is not well supported considering that Bold is charing a monthly service fee for its use.
