We've been using this for a few months while we switched 3PL providers- customers love the fast shipping and since we already have inventory in Amazon its a no-brainer. We just added buy with prime and found our conversion rates improved due to the simplicity and speed that customers receive the orders. We are are not going back! Its important to note you don't pay amazon any fees other than fulfillment so it's actually cheaper than our regular 3PL for faster service.
The customer service couldn't be better. App is great and the people supporting it are always helpful and available all the time!!

This app has been great. The most valuable thing is that whenever I have a question or need something resolved, they answer very quickly and always get my questions answered.

Been using for a few months now. Any time I have a question, they are always quick to answer and fix anything I cannot figure out. They are awesome!!
