So this is my second store that is using Clustie and my word its doing even better than the first website. Hands down the best experience i have had increasing my ROAS, the team has been by my side on a weekly to assist in this process, i dont think there is any other company out there that gives this type of attention or results. Fantastic App that meets all my requirements! I recently moved over from another review app and can confidently say this one ticks all the boxes and then some! Not only is it super easy to set up and integrate, the instant 24/7 online customer support (especially from Russ) made integration less than 30 minutes and seamlessly integrated. Very very happy customer indeed!

I think its a great app but its costly, we have so many plugins that cost a fortune monthly on both of our sites. I wish people would understand this before charging for every step that shopify doesnt facilitate
We had nothing but issues with 3 other Loyalty Programs, and are so happy to say that Smile is the only app that ticks every box we need (and what we believe is the absolute fundamental features of a loyalty app to engage customers during purchasing and checkout). Great App and great service from the Seal team!! I had an issue and disabled the app but got in touch with the support team and they fixed my issue without any more involvement from my side. Received a mail to indicate everything was resolved and presto all done. I enabled the app and works like a dream. Thanks team.
