** UPDATED review - developer helped me to get my images uploads to their website. Had to strip out image file information on each photo. Still haven't fully tried out their system due to figuring out the options to ship their products and mine separately without gouging the customer with shipping fees and adding more monthly selling fees by installing another app. But at least now the app does work. ---------------------------------------------------------- Does not work. I tried uploading images. Way within the limits of their max file size upload. The file uploaded in a few seconds, then it said "finishing upload. After 6 minutes or waiting, nothing happened, so I exited. Tried another image, same thing. Tried another image, same issue, it won't work. So since i cannot get any images to upload, i am saying this app/service does not work. I wanted to try it, but since I cannot upload anything, I am forced to delete the app and look elsewhere, sorry. When you fix it, let me know and I will try again, and perhaps change my review.

So far so good. Fairly easy to set up. good developer support. Give it a try.

Super easy to install. Took 30 seconds. I love that you can customize the display text the customer sees. Fast support response. A must have for your customers to be able to look up their order status without emailing you everytime.

Awesome. been using them for 6 months. Works with Ebay, amazon, and shopify, as well as being able to set up a shipment manually.

I tried this company because I like the amazon link, but their mockup images for mugs only show 1 side (view) of the mug, so if the image is a wrap around or on the front or other side of the mug, it cannot be seen when listed/displayed on Amazon.com. A major flaw if you ask me. Their mugs are much higher priced than other companies doing print on demand mugs and their shipping is higher also, which I was willing to try because of the Amazon part, but with the above mention limitation, selling mugs on Amazon via Printful is a no-go. Also their support department is very slow to respond, if at all. Sorry, I wanted it to work, but it doesn't.

A few early hiccups, but the developer fixed them. Everything works great! Great communications with the developer.

It works, but was disappointed to find that once you make a menu/faq line title and want to modify the menu title, the URL link is fixed to the previous menu item name and cannot be changed unless you remake your entire faq page. This is confusing to the customer when they watch the URL bar on their browser and see a #URL that is totally different than where they think they are going. Example: Menu said DOG. Then you change the menu to CAT. The URL reads #DOG instead of #CAT, so the customer is very confused when they see #DOG and they think you are tricking them into going somewhere else.

I find that the button/link to click to bring the customer to the page in the popup is very slow to "work", and sometimes the link does not work at all. When it works, it is good, but having it work sporadically is not good. customers think there is a bug in the website making it untrustworthy

App and their website claims there is a free $0.00 per month plan. But after you install this app from the shopify app store, the app asks you to approve a $5.00 a month charge. How can they ask for $5.00 a month when they offer a free plan??

works as promised so far. Thank you for the free plan. As my product selection is small and I hate having to spend BIG money on monthly plans when my store is so small. Let the big guys pay, they can afford it.
