Huge shoutout to Kurt from Ethercycle. He suggested I install Venntox "Order Lookup"; as I was having issues with customers checking out with text vs email + lots of people could not find their orders. We were getting 5-15 customers reaching out to customer service a day. I'm thrilled to report, going on day three, I have not have a single person reach out for their order status. This is going to save me so much time. Thank you!! PS: I added it to both menu + FAQ. I'm not techie, but I did everything in like 10 minutes. Hello! Great app, simple and very effective. I'm already receiving fewer emails regarding "where's my order?" I just would like you could have more customization options, this is definitely important. Please consider making the customization options of the app better. We could never get it to work in our Shopify store. It is easy to set up, in fact, super easy. However, it would show initially on the page but not on subsequent viewings by the customer? We tried to work with Support but they are beyond horrible. They will auto-respond quickly but then NOTHING. We gave them a week to work things out. They never did, all we heard was they were working on it. As a Shopify plug-in, what is there to work on? It should work right?! I strongly suggest you not waste time with this app. I hope this helps others.
This app is super cool, it works great on my store and their Customer Support was available to me to answer all my questions. Highly recommendable! Keep Up the good work!
These guys promised to make a small front end development change for us, but all of a sudden stopped responding.
Scum bags- just started charging me whatever they wanted. I agreed to $10 a month. WTF
I didn't get my 7days free. I deleted and reinstalled because I had tech issue in a few hours and they started charging me. $ one the same day without giving me my 7 days. You guys better contact me curvysense@gmail.com or give me 7 days back, because this is considered fraud.

I have the app Has it shipped yet, it is FREE. I have to migrate to this new app because this company bought the other and is shutting it down. They charge 10 a month, or 120 per yr . Absolutely unacceptable.
Super easy to install. Took 30 seconds. I love that you can customize the display text the customer sees. Fast support response. A must have for your customers to be able to look up their order status without emailing you everytime.

Useful app. We installed it a few months ago and linked it to our email confirmations. It greatly reduces customers inquiries and also lets our phone support people look up orders when the customers call in.
This is an absolutely fantastic little app, it installs quickly and easily and it allows your customers to look up their orders. We have found at Bikini Luxe that this has really reduced the amount of customer "where is my order" emails. Thus saving us both time and money! Great app. It's saved us a lot of time with customer inquiries on the customer service side of our business. For customers, it allows them access to pull up their order status at their convenience. Setup was very easy. We recommend this app.

We've only been using this app for 1 month and we can already tell it's a win-win. About 35% of our customers are using it, and I expect that number will increase now that we've added a hyperlink to "Check Order Status" in our Order Confirmation Emails. We had a very minor css display issue a couple of buttons that Josh took care of right away and at no cost. Love the fact that our customers can keep tabs on their orders, on their own time, and without sending in a support ticket. With customers in different time zones this app allows us to provide a much higher level of customer support without having to lift a finger. Thanks for the great app!
Had this for a few months 3000+ people have tried it out. Seems to be working as I haven't heard any complaints. The best kind of app one I forgot I even had because it just works haha.
Works as advertised. Out of 800 orders we had over a certain time window, there were 300 inquiries made to Order Lookup app - thus saving us hundreds of emails to our support line. Would be good if they could share their stats with some automated reporting - we didn't know how valuable it was until they asked how we liked the app ;) Stop thinking, just add it to your store now! This is a must have for any shopify site. It does EXACTLY what it was intended to do.
One of the most common questions our customer service representatives get asked is "Where is my order? When will it arrive?" When we give the customer the power to view their shipment in real time, not only does our customer satisfaction increase, but our live chat representatives are freed up to handle other questions that may be more urgent. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and with the majority of our parcels headed overseas, we appreciate be able to give the power back to our customer. The reassurance that their purchase is on the way, where it is currently located, and an estimated delivery date has made everyone very happy!
Takes the pressure off updating customers status, but to what extent we haven't been able to determine. Would be happier if it could be customised in an easy manner, without the need to know HTML or CSS. Simple additions like photos of products purchased etc. Could be some long term opportunities around integrating with an "edit order" app. Where customers can log in and add / edit their order, ask questions etc. We find that its not so much of a status update that solves the problem, so may be something to look at.

Looking to cut down on CS emails and hoping this helps and our customers find it useful. After installing I had an issue with the way it looked on our site, so I emailed their CS and the issue was fixed very fast. Would highly recommend!
Simple, easy to install, easy to use app. Much needed for our site. We included a link to the order lookup page in our order confirmation emails too!
