Super innovative and professional app. What I like about them is that, unlike other apps that create their software and then stop updating it, Intelligems keeps adding new features that make A/B testing easier and improve performance. Not to mention, their support is very fast and highly skilled. Great experience, and we'll keep using them to improve our website.
Hands down best cookie app ever! Their support is incredible. Not only do they answer in a matter of minutes (seriously) but also they're extremely skilled. With other apps you might experience the support team being inexperienced, waiting long hours to get answers from their developers but here, they go ahead and execute the necessary actions to fix the issues immediately. No wonder their rating is 5 Stars. 10/10.
Amazing experience so far! Just had a call with Tarik Selimovic and Adel Rovcanin, and I am really happy with their support. Excited to use CartHook. I'm sure such a powerful app will be a great addition to our efforts in increasing our AOV.
This app is truly amazing. It is such a lifesaver if you don't have a developer or don't know any coding. It has so many sections to choose from and they integrate perfectly without any problems. The sections are affordable and look so good. 10/10. SUPER APP!

This app is truly underrated! It has some really amazing functions with incredible support. They're answering in no time and provide full solutions to your needs. It is well made and runs so smoothly that you'd think it is integrated into your theme, rather than a third-party app. We're very satisfied with the app so far and can't recommend it enough. 10/10!

But the best part is their customer support which answers within seconds and is always available for your requests, they'll provide the best support and make sure that your request has been fully satisfied. This app is truly fantastic, I can't recommend it enough! Starting from the functions of the app to customer support. The app operates smoothly and is very fast, it doesn't even look like a third-party app but more like is integrated into the theme, that's how fast it is. After, we have customer support which is absolutely phenomenal! It answers in no time and makes sure to fix everything. It provides a lot of customization options and if needed, they even provide you with their developer to do some custom changes. Tried several apps in this niche these days and none is near to this. 10/10!
The app is very well made with features that function smoothly. The only negative factor is customer support which is almost nonexistent on their platform. They answer after days and when they do, they can't help you, then make you wait for the developer who answers but doesn't do anything, so you end up spending a week waiting for a specific customization that never arrives.

Foremost: sorry that you had a bad experience with our customer support. You contacted us on a Saturday, and I was on a private trip, so I couldn't look into the matter on the weekend. I replied on Monday that I will look into your case asap, which I did on Tuesday, but you already uninstalled the app. We're sorry, but sometimes it takes a business day until we can look into more complicated things. If you are still interested in a solution, we would be happy to have you back.
This app is absolutely fantastic and their customer service is just incredible! The app offers a lot of options for all your needs, starting from quantity breaks to bundles and packs. It definitely helps you increase the revenue and create a super good-looking visual appearance on the store's design. I had several questions for the support and they helped me in an instant, fixing all my problems. Can't recommend it enough!

They're literally stealing money with their plans. Our store got charged $400 last month for a plan we didn't choose.

Hey, Rotem from the Loox team here. While I understand it's stressful to get a charge you weren't expecting, the plan and its pricing were presented and approved by your team and no money whatsoever was taken without prior approval of the plan's terms. Apps on Shopify in general, can only charge for their app if the merchant explicitly chooses and approves payments for that subscription. Since our plans are designed to scale with you, they include additional charges that are based on your usage of the system each month. The charges you are referring to are usage fees which were triggered through the use of the system as mentioned in the subscription's terms. We completely understand that costs are a big part of every merchant's decision about which apps to use and we've built Loox to provide a great return on investment on all of our plans. I’ve reached out to you personally to explain the situation further and to find a resolution with you.
Amazing app, with an amazing customer support. I'm using it for several months already on all my stores and it really leveled up the overall customer experience. Very easy to set up and super effective. The customer support is always on touch, making sure to help in any possible way. Overall 10/10 experience, can't recommend it enough!
