Definitely the best Amazon Importer app in the Shopify App Store! Very, very supportive and quick team. They helped me with setup, were very open to suggestions and features, implemented new functions quickly—I'm very excited to see what other apps they continue to build. The affiliate tagging and product-variant detail is extremely important and they nailed it with this app. More features to come, I'm sure. Definitely recommend!

I have been using Appointo for a few years and the team has always been very helpful with customization, any issues, and considering new features. Developing an app like this can be tricky because each person is going to have different needs so we truly appreciate them being open to our needs and working with us to get it just right for our customers. I've used this app before. It was great for affiliates managing their own sales and payouts. I recently reinstalled it after moving my affiliates to an in-app space—now I'm returning them to Shopify's ecosystem. Quinn and Leo were very helpful while I was attempting to link another app that was not technically showing as supported in the documentation. They helped me understand the hierarchy of affiliate rules better and I feel confident in my setup. Very much appreciate the help and support and definitely recommend this app!

This is actually the second time I've used this app. I manage my memberships for an online school here—transitioned to processing directly in the school for a year and a half—now returning to this app because we want to use features within the Shopify ecosystem. There were only minor hiccups last time and they were always quickly addressed. This team has been incredibly helpful. Now that I'm coming back, they're helping with account migration, initial setup again (for the more technical parts), and even working with me to ensure my affiliate app syncs properly with my orders (specifically recurring payouts). There are a lot of customization options, it's stable, and very intuitive (that means a lot with these apps). I highly recommend them for their app functionality as well as their support. It's a great experience!

This reviews app is everything you hope it to be. It's priced right, the integrations are great, and it works. Igor was very kind in helping us w/ custom CSS code so it merged seamlessly with our brand design into our store. Lots of review app options (I have tried so many from Loox to Fera and more) -- this one is great and the optional integration with Klaviyo is helpful since we decided to go that route with our email marketing. We recommend!

UPDATE: I've tested the app and it works exactly as it should. The dev team also added a search by title feature which makes this app untouchable by the rest. It's lightning fast, extremely capable, and now even easier to use. I tried all of the apps. This one is the best one in the Shopify App store for importing Amazon products to your store. They also updated my ATC button to match my theme and customized it. 100% recommend! I haven't sold a product yet but I've imported many. Every little theme-related issue was resolved very quickly by the team. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic so I support this developer based on this. I'll try to remember to come back and update this (if I can) once some sales have come through but the setup experience has been great including theme adjustments and general questions I had about functionality. Solid.

This app was extremely helpful for us! We were able to take multiple variants and merge them into one product with each option having its own set of questions and customization. I had 4 separate issues initially with the app not talking right with my theme and within a few hours, both of my email concerns were addressed and fixed. Great customer service!! Recommend!
