Rediem has been great for building out our rewards programs! I really love how flexible it is for creating fun, on-brand earning events such as, photo uploads, text submissions, and receipt uploads, instead of a traditional points system. Customer comms and CX materials were easy to put together, and pulling program data has been simple too. Solid platform if you're a Shopify brand wanting a loyalty program that feels creative, not cookie cutter. Highly recommend!

This is definitely in the set of most critical Shopify apps you should have on your store. It always works and it always works well. If you are a smaller brand, you can get by for a while on the free version and this will also scale and grow as your store grows. If you are doing any kind of welcome email capture you need unique codes to prevent against code scraping and this is the app you need to do that.

If you thought direct mail was dead, think again. We started working with Lettr Labs as part of a campaign to engage directly with new customers. The Shopify integration makes it so easy to pretty much build any audience and to be able to send them the right thing at the right time. These are very beautiful- they really look handwritten. Lettr Labs also has a range of formats from post card to high quality card in an envelope. We have been very happy with the level of service- they walked us through the whole process. This is a great product at a great price. It has all the functionality of a much pricier search and can grow and scale alongside your business.
