Stamped.io is an amazing review app and has met all of our expectations. On top of being an amazing app, the customer service is the by far the best. They always go above and beyond and are super prompt in their responses. I truly appreciate it and have enjoyed working with stamped.io. 8/27/19 I am continuously blown away with the customer service for this app. The response time and customers service is the best I have ever seen! So grateful for this incredible app and service.

There is a notice at the top of their site that states you must switch to the new version before 5/31 and they cut off my service prior to that with no notice at all. Original Review: Would be a great app if you could customize the online return form a little more, as well as customize the verbiage in the return notifications sent to your customers.

Crush does exactly what it is says and is very user friendly. Plus, I had some questions regarding optimization and Dom went above and beyond. Thank you!

Pretty decent app but think they could make it better by implementing the following: 1) Allow customers earn points for tagging on Instagram. 2) Earn points for writing a product review. 3) Have more customization for what is being sent to the customer. Yes, I am currently on the basic plan but you should be able to at least change email colors to match your theme and update some of the verbiage. Example: "Congrats on purchasing ! " You should be able to change this verbiage - currently not able to.
