This app is relatively new, and it had all the basic features that we wanted, but we also asked their support for some custom functionality, and we are SO THRILLED that they were able to add it quickly and seamlessly by request. They have made this app indispensable for us. The customer support is unmatched! The interface is basic but it's all we need. The price point is unbeatable. I highly recommend this app!!

Phenomenal app. I wanted to have different shipping rules for our B2B vs our DTC customers, and this app allowed me to do that within 5 minutes of downloading! Shopify support recommended a different app to me which was very expensive, cumbersome, and required a zoom call for onboarding bc it was so complicated. But Shipfy did everything I needed and it took no time at all! So grateful!

June 2023 - I just wanted to update my review to say that the customer service has continued to be outstanding anytime we need customizations or assistance. Nov 2022 - I use this app to display expiration dates on clearance products. I had some issues implementing the code to have the dates change on product variants, and the Freshly team was SO HELPFUL and did some custom coding to get it to work, and now it works seamlessly! This is so helpful to track different Lot numbers and automatically remove expired inventory or put on sale inventory that is nearing it's best by date. Thanks again! I tried a few other mega menu apps. This one had the easiest to use visual builder. It is all drag and drop! Also, the support was very timely and they worked with me until it worked how I wanted. Great response time.

We found this app, and right from the start, it was almost perfect. The interface is clean, modern, easy to use, and it even incorporates audible feedback. The only feature that was missing was the ability to tag who checked each order. We messaged support, and within less than 24 hours, Paul replied and added a feature which allows each order to be tagged based on the device of a user. Each user will need a separate device, but this is perfect to help us keep track of who is packing an order. We simply input the name of each packer, and it will tag the order as "Checked by [Name]".
