This app literally has saved us hundreds of hours of cut and paste tedious labor and allows us to have less employees be way more productive, and at the same time not just faster, but more organized as well. No way I would think of running an online store without Ordercup Update 5/2/2023 10 Years later and we're still using OrderCup, the customer service is always above and beyond and any issues that arise are quickly resolved. We chose OrderCup because this app allows you to use Canada Post shipping and contribute to your own account to keep your Savings Level. That was very important to us. But the most incredible thing about OrderCup is hands down the customer service. It is amazing and the response is always so fast, which is important when you're working hard to get orders out daily. The app is easy to use, but Ed is so helpful if you have questions. I would give OrderCup 10 stars if I could!

We are really pleased with how well OrderCup works with our website and enables us to seamlessly create shipping labels via any carrier, as well as track information. Their support staff are always on hand when needed to answer questions and ensure everything is running smoothly.

Ordercup has been great at working with our website to organize and ship. I like that you can look back at each order and see if it is still in transit or has been delivered. It also gives you a warning when the address may not be valid or complete. It is very easy search for orders to see their status. I've had a few questions/inquiries and ordercup staff has always gotten back to me within about half a day-- which is outstanding!

Just started using the app and I'm now wondering why I waited so long! Ed was great at helping me set things up. I couldn't be happier.

I've been using OrderCup for over 3 years, and they are absolutely flawless. Their service when needed has always been nearly instantaneous. They really go beyond the call of duty, and it's not uncommon to get a phone call from them moments after you send a request for help. Labels are easy to make, it ties into your store and just works every time.

Update: After 4 years of using OrderCup we have been absolutely thrilled with their service. The product has performed very well and if there issues, support quickly fixed them. One of our favorite Shopify Apps. OrderCup is one of those tools that just WORKS! It allowed us to take a process that used to take around 6 minutes per order down to about 15 seconds per order. In about 1/24th of the time...yes I said 1/24th.... we are able to import orders from our Shopify storefront, print shipping labels and packing slips and have the OrderCup application automatically update the orders as 'shipped' in Shopify and notify our customers of their shipment and tracking number. All this being done in about 2-3 clicks! With their new bulk shipment feature we should be able to possibly cut that time down to around 10 seconds per order. With our number of orders rapidly increasing, these time savings are HUGE! We can now offer even more great support to our awesome customers without wasting time on manual shipment imports. Very rarely do you come across a product that makes your life so much easier and that creates a great customer experience for your customers. Being able to replace our old manual shipping process with this new integrated solution with OrderCup has been a breath of fresh air. We like to align ourselves with companies that are continuing to innovate and offer new features, OrderCup has demonstrated that this is exactly the type of company they are. We started using OrderCup with the mentality of "It's free to try out so what do we have to lose?"....and now we say to each other "What in the world would we do without OrderCup???" Great product!

Their quite excellent phone support (Ed in particular) makes up for the sometimes arcane quirks, clunky UI, and unintuitive aspects of the software.

We have used this app since the start of our ecommerce business in 2012. They have worked with us through our growing pains and now help us to manage 6 channels including 3 Shopify stores, 2 Etsy stores and an Amazon Store. We also integrated with Volusion and Ebay when we were selling on those platforms in the past. At one point we were shipping a lot internationally and their pre-filled custom declarations were especially efficient and helpful! Ed and Aloke are always willing to answer our questions about well, some very unique issues. Many of our feature requests have turned into features. Ten stars!

It has been a great experience working with the OC team the past 3 years +. The team members I have contacted with most are Ed and Aloke. They are prompt to response to my Qs and help me whenever I needed help. They sure are professionals and knowledgeable in their system. The OC system has also saved us money-often times, their rates are much better than my own carriers’ accounts. And the monthly fee they charge is very reasonable. Not only is the app amazing and does far more than expected, but Ed (OrderCup support) was super generous with his time to walk me through the entire app. He spent over an hour on the phone with me ensuring that my printers were set up properly and that all my shipping boxes were configured in the system. Great app! I use this app for more than 2 years now, there have been a few hick-ups along the way, but the support is excellent and quick to the rescue!

As a CANADIAN store that primarily ships high value goods to the US and Internationally, it was hard to find an app that pre-filled customs docs, be able to purchase insurance with a single click and print packing slips/labels in literally less than 5 clicks. THIS APP IS IT!! I had a few stumbling blocks with setup, but these guys took their time with me and walked me step by step to set everything up. We even had a session where they logged in as me to help me fix an issue. And this was all while we were still using the trial. Since then, everything has been smooth sailing. This is my most FAVOURITE app because it cut down my shipping time in half (based on using Paypal to ship packages from our old commerce platform) . We tried other apps but couldn't get them to connect to the Canada Post API properly or kept getting weird error messages. Then when we contacted the developers it would take forever (in internet time...LOL) for them to get back to us. Not these guys. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I had to leave a review for these guys because their customer service and the app have far exceeded my expectations (and saved my sanity). :) If you do A LOT of shipping and are a Canadian Store...heck, any store...download this app ASAP. Best $30 a month I have EVER spent. Update June, 2016. 1 year of using this app. Still the best shipping app out there. We now use OrderCups' USPS shipping functionality and it has reduced our shipping costs by 70% which enable us to offer free shipping. We've gotten out labels down to 3 clicks. THREE CLICKS!!! The support is awesome. My business is efficient because of this app. Update #3 Sept, 2016. Got our label printing down to ONE CLICK! With Ed's amazing customer support, I was able to set up a thermal printer and set shipping defaults so all we're literally doing is clicking "print label" and it's done. This app is a LIFESAVER! This app does save us a lot of time and we use it for many shipments each day. We have had to create some "work arounds" to make it work for us in all circumstances. Overall it is a very good app and the developers have worked hard to make it worth the money. If these "work arounds" were eliminated, we would give it 5 stars.

As a Canadian company, I have very few options for buying postage from Canada Post. Ordercup saves me tons of time over the alternatives. Easy to use, and great customer service. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that there are a few features missing that mean I have to manually enter a few fields for each order and I can't buy postage in large batches.

Ordercup is amazing! We recently looked into finding another application to help with shipping our products and Ordercup has been so useful from the beginning. The support staff are very personable and are always available to help with any questions or concerns we might have (you even get to speak to them, rather than always receiving "emails"). Seems like a good option. We were surprised to find out that if you buy postage with a credit card, they charge a credit card fee. However, they do have an ACH option that does not charge a fee.

Tech support is great and very quick. We've been using Ordercup now for 8 months and have shipped tons of packages without problem.

Ordercup is great and the team is VERY responsive. I would recommend to anyone.

We have used this app for many months and have been nothing but thrilled with OrderCup. I feel like the app is worth its weight in gold and allows us to process orders in about 1/5 the time it did before. We are able to batch around 80 orders at a time with the click of a button. Support has also been incredible so I am not sure I understand the reviews mentioning bad support as that makes no sense to me. This is in my TOP 3 apps that I use with my Shopify Store.

I have been using Ordercup for a couple years now and have been very happy with it. The customer service is great they keep you updated with new changes when you login. Ordercup has made life easier. Seamless integration with the shipping services, invoice creation, and customer communication are made easy with ordercup. They pay for themselves quickly.

Great product, but most importantly great support. Typically, I'll get called back within an hour. I haven't had much experience with bulk shipping yet, but one-offs are extremely easy on Ordercup. I highly suggest setting up ACH so you're saving on the transaction fees, but I haven't had any qualms yet with the app. Thanks Ordercup!

I don't know how you would use Shopify without OrderCup, it's essential! We use it to ship everything, via various carriers, and it works great. Support has been extremely helpful when needed, and I highly recommend this app.

I was using Stamps.com but it did not integrate with Shopify very well at all. OrderCup provides flawless Shopify integration, and I love that you can use DHL to ship internationally for cheap. There is one flaw I am unhappy with -- the fact you cannot batch-ship international orders! Please add this feature, OrderCup! Otherwise I am very pleased with this app.

Ordercup is flawless. We ship thousands of orders a year - all via FedEx Priority Overnight and we have never had an error that was caused by Ordercup. We can print labels and invoices from 5 computers at the same time with no issues. I would recommend it to anyone that ships multiple packages a day.
