This app is very easy to use, and does exactly what I need it to do - limit the amount of items that a customer might put in their order. Support responded super fast and they fixed my issue quickly!

An excellent app for managing order limits in our store. It offers a lot of flexibility — you can set minimum and maximum limits by product, collection, cart value, quantity, vendor, tags, and more. The setup process is straightforward, and the app works reliably without affecting store performance. What we appreciate most is the ability to create advanced conditions and customize rules exactly the way we need. It has been very useful for improving order management and controlling specific purchasing scenarios. Useful module and great customer service

Superb application, top class and the support is exceptional. We are a UK business and I highly recommend Min Cart. The guys are responsive and nothing is too much trouble. The application has had a huge impact on cutting down on unnecessary purchases and in turn a high volume of returns. We have filtered out the customers who are serial returners which ultimately costs a significant amount of time and money. Special shout out to Adi and thanks for all your help.

We run a flash-sales store, and this app provides granular control over our business rules, making it the perfect fit for our needs. The range of options is impressive—it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the support team was incredibly helpful in getting us set up!

As a business that sells items that have a legal requirement to limit basket quantities, this app performs the task admirably. So far, no-one has added more than the restriction quantity. The only downside is the complexity of the rules, but that complexity does give you a great deal of power on how you wish to control the restrictions. A bit of patience and thought will see you through.

This app was necessary for our B2B website build out. It was very easy to set up and customized, and support was very quick to help trouble shoot our integration when we ran into mini challenges. Shawn from their team is also A+++ to work with. Highly recommend!

Tommy and Shawn are the best customer support for MinCart. I have integrated the custom checkout page and i want minimum cart value should be enabled and these guyz help me out within couple minutes. I would recommend this app to all shopify.

Started off well. Finally a min/max solution that did it all. But. As soon as added in to each stage of checkout had Shopify warnings of checkouts failing and maybe 5% of customers unable to check out (when no limits were even turned on). So hard to replicate hence didnt contact support. But was fine before install and fine at uninstall. In between, fury. And automatic Shopify alerts to say the app is causing checkout failures.

Holly Cow! This Canadian team built a powerful tool that can handle integrated cart rules that most other apps can't, and communicate the outcomes to your customers in a cool way. Don't be fooled though, as it takes serious brain power (or seriously amazing support from the dev team) to pull off. Give it a try - the've got you. I'm impressed. www.mybkr.com

This is the most customizable mix/max app that I've experienced, and I downloaded multiple. It did exactly what we wanted to when others couldn't.

So far this is the only app that has allowed us to block specifically 3 items in the cart and additionally wont allow more than 4 items. This custom rules were exactly what we were looking for. The support has been great every time we need them and had solved custom issues for us. The best app for the niche for sure.

This app is amazing! Does everything you can think of when it comes to setting limits, plus it's multilingual. After testing a couple other solutions, MinCart was by far the best and most user friendly. The support is extremely helpful and quick to reply. Definitely recommend!

The new MinCart updates now allows you to "Catch All" variants containing a word in the title - so now that we don't have to add 1000 products manually this makes things easier, also on the page-load.

This app has the best customer service! Tommy helped us fix several issues that were affecting this app but were not caused by this app. I am so glad he did not send us to a different customer service but really dived into the problem and fixed it for us. I am not technical myself, so I am more then happy that he explained it to me and made sure everything runs as expected again. The app itself is great as well. Very easy to use and many options of setting minimum quantities, values etc. I can recommend this app with the service to anyone looking for a solution like this!

The application can be bypassed simply by exceeding the limits set, proceeding to check out, copying the check out link, and going back decreasing the quantities, re-pasting the check out link and letting the payment proceed. The necessary modification would also be a block in the payment not only on the check out page.

Apart from a slight problem in regards to a reset on a selection of products (where the limits disappeared mysteriously) and resulting in an unhappy customer, otherwise the app is really useful for us when it comes to shipping out multiple individual drill bit tools. Problem aside (hence lower rating), good app!

We are using this app to block some variants of product to specific clients (B2B) by using the tag feature. The reason is that our products are limited editions and we want to reserve the last units to our B2C clients. We basically asking the app to not let those clients adding qty to their cart for those specific variants. It is a very powerful app with a loft of possibilities in term of conditions. The support is also awesome. The app doesn't really need any assistance to be installed but I had to contact them as I thought the app was creating a display issue on the 'Add to cart' button. They answer the live chat instantly, and Tommy then contact me with a detailed report. He explained me the issue came from another app, and after asking me permission, fixed the problem. Perfect!

I downloaded MinCart a while ago, configured the settings and maybe adjusted the settings twice, since the initial setup. This week, the app decided to disable my Checkout button preventing my customers from making purchases. Well, that's not good, is it??? My developer troubleshooted the entire website just to find out MinCart was the culprit. He deleted the app and just like magic, the website was working again. I do not recommend this app for this major issue. If it hadn't been for my customers calling me, I would have never found out my website was not working!

I'm having the same issue as one of the other reviews below. My customers just reported they cannot checkout on Chrome, this app is causing some issue with the checkout button from loading. I deleted the app and my cart page is working fine again. I guess we'll have to find another min/max app as this is throwing an error even when I try to open up the app on our shopify app page.

App is pretty good and it works very well compared to others that I've used. It has more options as well. The only thing it lacks, but that's what most apps do, is a way to make it easier and faster to adjust the limits. If there's a lot of products with different rules it'll take a long time.

It works but it slowed our website, and it sometimes crashed our checkout process. I have sent support a request, I have not received an autoemail assuring me that my message has been received and I will get an answer soon, We are now looking for an alternative.

I was searching for a simple App to allow me to add a minimum order value to prevent customers from being able to checkout with very small orders (since many of my products are under $3.00). After trying just about every App in the App store I finally came across "Minicart - Min Max order limits". The app was very easy to install and setup. Customization was simple to get it to look like it was part of my original theme. I did run into a small problem with my custom theme (which displays dynamic checkout buttons in my Minicart), but Tommy was on it right away and fixed to issue very quickly. After a few days of experimenting with the various settings and customizations, I decided I wanted to add a back ground image to the "popup". Again, Tommy was on it within hours and provided me with a small bit of custom CSS code which was very easy to insert in the "Custom CSS" block which is built into the App customization feature. Perfect! If you are looking to set a minimum order value (apparently many more options which I haven't needed to try) then this App will solve your problem. It has been performing exactly as I wanted. It also provides a very smooth eye pleasing experience for my customers.

We started using this app about 3 weeks ago. Overall it's a good app, really one of the better ones for putting limits on variants. But, it does have some flaws holding it back from receiving 5 stars. 1) You cannot do an import / export for faster limit creation. 2) The search feature does not register numbers, so if you search for "21" Tissue Ball" it won't show up unless you remove the 21" (Minor issue) 3) Not every item shows in the search when creating a limit. Even though it shows up on the front end when you search for it. 4) It will randomly delete all items from the limit if you click on a blank spot within the search box. Forcing you to cancel any chances you made and to back out so you don't lose any existing items added from a previous save.

Every time I downloaded this (tried twice) it ruined the checkout button. Customers could not checkout even when their order exceeded the minimum amount. It messed up my discount app that was crucial.

The app itself was a perfect solution to my wholesale requirement. The service was really good also, would strongly recommend.

Works extremely well with options to limit both the number of items or the total basket, which many of the alternatives we looked at do not have. We actually broke it when adding another app which changed the way our cart behaves (so entirely our fault), but Tommy at Molsoft came up with a fix within a couple a hours and applied it for us too. Great app and outstanding service, highly recommended.

I tried many similar apps. This is amazing, actually more than I could wish. It can perfectly work also as a support for a "variant quantity brakes" method. It automatically adjust the variant quantity based on the selected variant. I installed it in a second, no one email with the dev has been necessary. Amazing experience after many many bad ones. I think the concept of "app" is perfectly expressed here: something that you install and it works right away. I will definitely check all the other apps of them

Perfect app for us. We need to have minimum quantities and maximum quantities on different variants within the same product and this works exactly how we need it to. If we've ever had any issues (which have never been due to this app), the support team have been extremely efficient to resolve and have gone above and beyond. Would not hesitate to use again.

Started cancelling random orders. After reaching out to buyers, I found out that they did not want to cancel. Looked into it, and this app had been manually cancelling the orders! Uninstalling now.
