Great app to use for menu but it's a bit overpriced. Thanks for your rapid help Annie.
Please refund my money. This app charges customer twice every time. People started to advise their Bank it's a fraudulent. Not recommended. Please refund.

In regards to having the customer charged twice... It sounds like your customers may be getting offered the same product they've already purchased. This may cause confusion, causing the customer to believe you're offering a discount on their existing purchase rather than adding an additional item to the order. To prevent this confusion, we recommend: 1. Changing the text in the offer to emphasize an additional product is being added 2. Ensure your CTA button's text makes it clear a purchase is being made (i.e. "Buy Now", "Add Product to Order") If confusion continues after this, we recommend ensuring the upsell product being offered is not a product already contained in the order. I can't even uninstall the app and I see a pop up everytime I open my website. It's disturbing. I need a help about it.
We're using pagefly and so glad with assistance. There's a guy who named Gabriel, he is ready to help 24/7 for sure. I really recommend that app.
