We're just getting started with setting up Appstle. So far, it looks really promising with a much better customer experience than Shopify Subscriptions, our previous app. The main change we're excited about is the ability for customers to swap products, but there's lots of other control features our customers will enjoy. We had a few hiccups getting it started, and their response time was exceptional. We heard back within a couple minutes, and they created walk-through videos to make sure everything was running smoothly. Shout-out to Devin for great customer service!

We've been really happy with Sami Wholesale Pricing! We're using it to create a wholesale registration form that automatically tags our wholesale customers with a wholesale tag, so that they get 50% off our quick order form (also through the app). Pro tip: It works great with RM: Advanced Free Shipping to be able to give free shipping to your retail customers, but not to your wholesale customers. The app allows for a lot of customization and the help documents are a great resource. Haley's customer service has been top tier. If you're getting set up and run into issues, they're great at sorting them out in a day or two. Honestly, this app delivers so much value. Edit: Support continues to be top notch - thanks, Lyla!

Our wholesale app setup doesn't integrate with PayPal, which is one of the preferred payment methods of our retail customers. So, we're using Kip to hide the PayPal option from wholesale buyers. The setup was quick and easy for removing it from the checkout page. We emailed support when it was still visible on the cart page, which requires some custom work because it varies by theme. They wrote back within 20 minutes, and had it sorted exactly the way we wanted soon afterwards. Very pleased with the result and it takes care of what had been a potential customer service headache for us. Highly recommend.

We used this to separate our free shipping for retail customers from our wholesale customers. It works perfectly, super easy to use. Also, when we encountered a difficulty with our free shipping discounts not combining with Klaviyo's discounts, Brad let us know they had another app in the works that fixes that problem (see RM: Combinable if you need the Klaviyo integration). We were looking for a quick way to make the automated discounts we send our email subscribers through Klaviyo combine automatically with our free shipping discount (setup through the Advanced Free Shipping app by Responsive Media, highly recommend). They developed this little app at just the right time, and it does the trick. Simple, quick setup and does exactly what it needs to.

The app works great to save us time responding to customers and growing our email list. We have regular use products, so it's critical for customers to have a way to find out when they're back in stock. Also, the support is first rate. Usually, anything is taken care of within 24 hours. It's easy to setup on your own, but we've used support for some finer details, like making the styling match our theme exactly or putting the "Email me when available" button on our collection page, as well as the product page. We're really happy with the app so far! Less expensive than alternatives and meets our requirements for Google Shopping perfectly, plus it has lots of features above and beyond what we needed. The setup has been really smooth and the support staff was responsive and super fast at fixing a mistake we made importing our reviews twice. Thank you! This application was very user friendly and relatively easy to set up. Palash was able to help answer any questions and once it was all set up, the integration into QuickBooks worked seamlessly! A huge time saver!!!
