We used Tidio in the past and are now coming back to it for the Real-Time Visitor Monitoring, Cart View, Conversational AI (Lyro), and for the affordability and ease of use that we missed. Tidio gives so much value without being complicated to setup, its a nice change, and also a great application!

Our experience has been very pleasant, we sometimes have to be very quick with our product uploads in the niche were in, and this cuts down time a lot, without sacrificing quality.

We looked at maybe 5 or 6 badge/label apps before deciding on this one, DECO had banner bars, and we thought the style/design of the badges and labels looked more appealing. I like the team behind TrueProfit, and I really like the app. Several times they setup a Google meeting with me to help me understand the features, and how the data is displayed, which I struggled with, which is not the apps fault, I just wasn't understanding some of the data I was looking at. Well, after a thorough conversation with Grace, I feel so much better, and I know how to read my sales data correctly. If you are looking for an app to help you track every bit of spend and expense, and I do mean every bit, within Shopify and even outside of Shopify, like external software you use, etc, give TrueProfit a try and be patient. The team at Zendrop is very honest and helpful. Their customer service is pretty fast, and they have a great selection of products to choose from. I am happy with their service.

Great application and support is amazing. I believe they operate 24/7, I'm up all hours and whenever I put in a request for support they respond back within a few minutes. This is the only review app I use, I have never been disappointed!
