Been working with Timur and Valerie for months now on my paid Google and Meta ads. I've found the team at Adwisely to be very knowledgable and responsive.

I am very pleased with the performance and the level of service provided by Adwisely and their account reps. My ROAS goals were quickly met and are headed in the direction of exceeding my expectations. It can't hurt you to give this a try. In all my years of business, I never had any success with Google or FB/IG ads. Always lost money. For the first time, they have been put to work to generate meaningful revenue for me.

Adwisely has been a great addition to my Shopify store. The team has been responsive, proactive, and easy to work with, and they've consistently helped improve my ad performance. Over the past month I've been seeing a ROAS above 2x, and they regularly provide optimization suggestions and answer any questions quickly. If you're looking for a team that's hands-on and genuinely invested in helping your store grow, I'd definitely recommend giving Adwisely a try.

Professional service that produces results

The support from Adwisely is out of this world. The setup is simple. The team communicates very effectively. So far I am loving the ROAS and love that it improves weekly.

Very happy with Adwisely, especially with Timur. I was a bit cautious about the whole AI thing; you always have to wait and see if it's really true, but they have positively surprised me. Installation went quickly and Timur keeps me well informed; no crazy decisions, but they are considered and always done in consultation. I am very satisfied!

I usually don't write many reviews. I had adwisely installed to manage Meta ads for a few months, it was ok, results were getting better however, I realized it just doesn't make sense to have them running ads anymore, because the ROI of the ads didn't get much better and since I had the basic package, it was not possible to customize the ads, it was all automated by AI. the customer support was nice. however, when I deinstalled the App 3 weeks ago I forgot to take off the permission for the partner in the meta business suite. Adwisely continued running the ads campaigns but the ad spent was suddenly more than 800 USD per conversion, so completely insane cost! I didn't notice it at first that this connection was still there, so I turned off the campaigns right away only to find out a day later they were turned back on! I continued the 'game' and still wasnt aware of it, my fault. I then chatted with meta and finally we found the issue. I think that is extremely unprofessional by an App to continue running ads, running ads into high costs. This is unacceptable, why doing this and risking a customer, who could come back later as a customer, turn sour? I simply didn't want to run ads at the moment, because it is a low season but now I won't use them anymore. Wow, not ok!!

I highly recommend this app! I was a bit sceptical at first but the performance blew my wildest expectations. I was able to get 5-10x ROAS on my various campaigns and the service provided by the account managers is very helpful. Your only regret with this app will be not installing it sooner!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. After installing Adwisely on my Shopify store, I personally paused my Google Ads campaign — only to find out later that someone from their team manually reactivated it without my consent. This resulted in unauthorized ad spend charged to my account. When I confronted them, the Adwisely representative admitted in writing that he restarted my campaign “to allow it to continue learning,” despite me never granting permission. Their own chatbot even confirmed this violates their own policy. While I did eventually receive a refund for the unauthorized charge, the company refused to offer any further remedy or accountability for the breach of trust. I run a professional e-commerce business, and having a marketing app make unilateral decisions with my ad budget is completely unacceptable. I’d caution other business owners to think carefully before granting Adwisely access to your advertising accounts. Unauthorized actions on client accounts are not acceptable—refund or not.

Update: since Adwisely today decided to edit their reviews to spread lies, then we have the right to defend ourselves. We never requested that the work be paused. They created the ad without products in it and unchecked the Instagram box( they said sorry) 1-All your work over two months produced no results. One month trial with hands-on with a lot of mistakes( Read below) 2-You only wanted to push us to pay $249, even though we already gave you one month to prove your strategy. There was no strategy just retargiting and a lot of complaints and excuses. 3-Spreading false claims won’t change the facts. We fired them, and they never cleaned up their setup from our Business Facebook or Google. We'll release all emails publicly on Reddit and Twitter to show the truth, as we don't digest or tolerate this. (We'll update soon) This is our original complaint: We (Selvanelle ) we're based in the USA. We had a very disappointing experience with this app and the team behind it. There are only three people managing all accounts and answering emails, and unfortunately, their service did not deliver any results for us. Yaro repeatedly complained about how hard he and 3 people were working on our ads, and yet no sales were generated. One in Google in almost two months! During our one-month trial, we saw no results, yet they encouraged us to upgrade to another month, which was a terrible experience. We constantly had to remind them of basic tasks. First, they forgot to check Instagram on Meta ( ad was running two weeks without it) then they ran ads without ensuring that products were correctly synced in their feed — mistakes that cost us both time and money. Eventually, they directed us from Meta to Google Ads, and after 18 days said Google Ads wouldn’t work either, telling us to go back to Meta. From the start, their Facebook ads promised 6x ROAS, but this claim was completely false. Their “automation with their hands on it provided no real value, and important details were never disclosed upfront. The $49 plan proved useless, yet they initially claimed it was effective and, when it failed, they tried to push us to upgrade to the $249 plan..Note: our plan was $249 during the trial, and we changed it when we saw the crazy mistakes. Today, we are sure that we do not want to work with them! Additionally, their Facebook ads where they advertise themselves self are misleading, making promises that are simply not true. This lack of transparency and honesty is unacceptable. I do not recommend this service and urge others to proceed with caution. I can’t say enough good things about Adwisely and their amazing team. My experience has been nothing but positive, and Valerie has gone above and beyond to support us since we rejoined after a brief business pause. Even while we’ve been dealing with Facebook Business account access issues, they’ve stayed in daily contact and provided effective workarounds. Totally disappointed. I spent a good chunk of money and got very little in return. They seemed to try to point the finger towards me each time when it wasn't performing the results it should have asking me to make small changes each time in hopes that it would help boost sales. Adwisely is heaven. We've been live since a year now and tried several agencies, preforming-based-freelancers and other AI-powered tools.. but all of them actually failed to get proper results on our ads. Used the app during trial period and lost £350 and got 1 sale , they couldnt get basic conversion tracking work. The keyword targetting was all really of the quality of a novice. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this company. Its useless. I manually advertised and got 3 sales myself with my very basic knowledge. So this app is crap! don't waste your money or time! Couldnt fix basic tracking issues, gave multiple time to the team to fix it with full access to all my account.

The best retargeting app that I've used (and this is the 4th one I've tried.) Adwisely offers great value for the money. My ROAS is consistently good to excellent. They have account managers who email personalized recommendations about every week. I was happily surprised at the personalized help. I did need assistance pulling my wholesale products from my ad catalog & my account manager had this task completed in 10 minutes. I'm very pleased all around and think the value for the price is excellent!

Retarget is the AMAZING! The developers regularly reach out personally and keep an eye on your campaigns for you. It is like having your own personalized ads manager on call 24/7, you have to try it to believe how good it is! My retargeting ads through this app are currently making at least 5x ROI. I can't recommend this app enough, 10 stars!

I decided to use this app as it promised an easy way to run campaigns. Their managers helped me set up the app and optimize the campaigns to show ads to store visitors. After a week or so sales went up. I’m really pleased with the results.

The app didn’t work well for me at first. The sales were not as high as I expected and the ROAS was only 1.9X. I sent a message to their manager asking what was wrong. She offered me a couple of tweaks and after that my ROAS grew up to 5.2X, so did the number of orders. Now we’re exploring more ways to optimize ads and they seem to be working.

We used the facebook Retarget app and the results were good, we achieved 5.x ROAS, happy to extend this app for Google ads as well.

I'm still in my trial period but already seeing a good increase in orders and more so a consistent flow coming through.

We got this after the iOS update because we were confused with all the new settings. Haven’t regretted it ever since - we get sales, the ROI is good and the app gives good ideas like special ads for Halloween.

I would say it’s good value for money. I pay 249 a month and it’s surely better than hiring someone or doing all the ad work myself. Haven’t tried their google ads yet, but they look promising.

The setup may have not been as fast as their website promised, but I got in touch with their support and figured it all out. Their ads work, the ROAS is constantly between 500% and 750%, so I am keeping the app.

The following up process is excellent. They will have a call with you and walk to through step by step to make sure you can make the most out of the app. I'm already 10 days in and see a 3.2 ROAS by converting 4 orders. Looking forward to great results down the road.

Don't download this app. I've been a user for 3-4years but honestly, they will rob you at any occasion they can find. I'm so disappointed in it and their support team the past year. They used to be great, that's for sure. And they still reply fast, but regarding the app itself... twice they run ads without my permission on my account. My ads were inactive but they run them anyway on their end, I don't know how, then they charged me 249$/month for exceeding the 1k $ limit of the previous plan. They passed me to the higher plan without me noticing anything nor being notified by email. When you try to launch a store, you have so many things to think of and even if I could pay 49$/month, I couldn't pay 249$. I spent hours arguing with them and it's only when I threatened them to leave a bad review that they agreed to refund me. So I didn't at that time. But today I noticed they again passed my account to the higher plan (249$ instead of 49$). Their dashboard is in € but they calculate in $. So I guess with EUR/$ fluctuation, my account ended up spending more than the plan's limit au 1k $ . Again, I was not notified and they have been charging me 249$ for 11 months!!! For exceeded the plan's ads spend limit by 2,5$/day... 80$ a month... they charged me 200$ extra... So not worth it. I recognize I should have been more careful, but I never though they could be so dishonest about this. We, sellers have so many things to do too, we can't always check every single details, especially when their charges are one line in the whole shopify monthly bill or cycle bills. It's so unclear. It's not like you receive they unique bill in your mailbox and can easily notice something is wrong... I'll never see my 2200$ again, they don't want to proceed to any refund or even partial refund even though they recognized their pricing was confusing. I'm sorry but even though I was a user for 3-4 years, I will be looking for another retargeting App.

We have been using this app for almosy a month and have seen great results so far! We would recommend it to other businesses!

They advertise as High-ROAS ads which is false & deceptive - straight up. My reality with them was: - an average ROAS of 2.39x after an ad spend of $1397 in about 45 days. -in the same time period my google ads (managing myself) was achieving 4.39x - after investigating further, there's nothing special about this app. Its a basic retargetting campaign on Facebook, you can do it yourself easily and get much better results.

Easy to use app for running Facebook ads that gets you high ROAS. All I have to do is set up the budget and that’s it. Now my ROAS is 900%. Will keep using it.

Uninstalled this week's back, and keeps creating new ads every few days!! I don't want any more ads created. I removed this ad, but every few days this app creates new ads, even after installing it. Didn't work for me. Cost silly amounts and didn't make a single sale.

Simple, easy to set up, great support, and a super-effective way to gently nurture your customers back to your site

I used the Retarget app and just within the trial period only I'm getting 800% + ROAS. It's quick and super easy to set up. With the option of also finding new prospects, this app is a must have for Facebook marketing! The support team is quite responsive and helped me set up the campaign without any difficulties. Hoping the app bring in new features to set up Instagram only, or placement type campaigns.

Used the app for close to a month, spent over $1,000 on ads, and might have broke even. If you're in the United States you'll usually have to wait for 12 hours or so for an answer from customer support, and usually that answer is them giving you a link to the Facebook support page. One time I had a billing question where Facebook had charged the wrong PayPal account somehow and needed it fixed, and the guy told me "Sorry I've gotta go, my shift here is over" and sent me a link to Facebook support. Not worth it, stay away.

So far so good. It's been working pretty well! 719% return on ad spend of this review and we're pleased!

Great app, the results are very good, Roes of my campains using this app is usually above 3 that is very good to my store. Moreover the team is absolutly great, always answer fast and help with any problem i had.

First, its not a two week trial -its one week. The first week minimum is a learning phase where your ad will generate zero traffic. Once running, it doesn't do anything I wasn't already doing, with more success, and for a fraction of the ad spend. So I'm not sure what value they ad when I can already create better retargeting ads myself? Their ad is a basic carousel ad with suggested tag lines riddled with grammatical errors. We went with the suggested ad spend of £24 per day. This resulted in less activity generated in the week it ran than I can get with £5 a day ad I design myself. As with most Shopify ads and "Facebook Partner" (or Google Partner for that matter!) the only ones who will make money is them.

Just installed this app on our website and in under a week its already returned x 3 1/2 revenue on ad spend. Its taken the time out of trying to target people on Face book as it all happens automatically. Love it. The Only feedback is that it wouldn't allow me to set up till i had 100 visits per day which i didn't like as I was just under so lost opportunities and took a little while to "approve" my access to app... Otherwise fantastic! Would recommend. Great for stores that are selling online.
