Using the app for a few years and up until a few months ago all was perfect with very little need to contact support. However, we had to engage support multitple times in the past couple of months due to non functioning capabilities. As of today, invoices are not being sent to customers. Support is very active but not capable of solving the issue.

Great little app. Had an issue where emails were not sent. Support fixed it in a couple of minutes via chat. Thanks.
The app looks promising and the support team is responsive. Initial 500 errors were resolved quickly. However, I’m still unable to download, print or view invoices, receiving a “Contact support” message instead. Core features like this should work out of the box.

Only set up the app and had to reach out to support to get the free tier. done in less than a minute.
Great support. answer within a second on a Sunday. Pop up was easy to setup.

Support was extremely fast and my request was dealt with within a couple of minutes. The tool itself works flawlessly and it appears it does make a difference.
Great app and even the free version does what I need it to be.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. I like the variety of the icons and the free version is perfect for my needs. Leo, the app founder, was very helpful.
Tools has some great functionalities and the support is top notch and very responsive. Using the app for some time now.
App does what it says and support was brilliant to have the button placement changed to fit my layout.
Incredibly basic and does not offer anything I was looking for. (Send email to customer after X days for example)

Hi, thanks for the review. You may want to take another look - Flow is powering the experience under Marketing > Automations, where you will find the ability to email Customers.
Great app and does what it says on the tin. Marc was extremely helpful helping me to overcome some challenges. Thanks Marc, it works a treat now.
Support via chat is great. Nitish helped me to solve my request in 2 minutes. Always thought that removing their branding requires a paid plan. But it's simply a chat message to their support team and thats it.
Great product and on the right path. Some settings can seem to be a bit difficult to use or time-consuming. I am sure the team is working hard ironing out some of the items. Fully support newcomers as I was a newcomer myself.
