We love Commslayer! We were wary to migrate away from Gorgias but Karri and the Commslayer team have been amazing. Onboarding was quick, the tool itself is simple to use and functions well, and issues are resolved with lightning speed. They are one of the most responsive teams we've ever worked with and their commitment to developing the best CX tool out there is evident in all that they do. Make the switch - you won't regret it!
This app is one of the best out there. No need to pay someone to pull 800 reports and analyze them, this app can do it all and so much more. I also LOVE spying on competition.

We were having an issue with getting the booking button visible and Sudhan was super helpful to troubleshoot for us. Due to our permission restrictions, Sudhan wasn't able to see the listing from his computer, but he was resourceful and found a workaround. I liked the solution because I was visually able to see how he fixed our problem and now I feel like I understand how the app works a little more. Very happy with the quick customer service.

Excellent CS! Helped me put together the report I needed. Very Friendly and understood what I needed!
Their support has been prompt and super helpful every time. Installation was easy and any time we had issues they were there to fix it in no time.
Great, not perfect, but it's been working well for us. A little buggy sometimes if you are printing big batches. We really like being able to quickly assign barcodes to products. Wish it was tied into inventory transfers so we could just print barcodes when we are checking in new products.
