Hello friends at Avontuurtje, We looked into your account and noticed that our app isn't enabled in your theme, and a plan hasn't been selected yet. Without a plan (we have a free option!), recordings are limited to just 10 pageviews and most features won't be available. That would definitely make the experience feel limited and confusing.
