We reviewed the leading app builders listed in the Shopify app store. We went through extensive testing for a extended period of time and found that Vajro was by far the most suitable platform for us. Not only from the perspective of ease of use and supplied functionality but also in terms of the customer support provided by their team. They are always there to guide you through chat and zoom calls and this is something we did not find with other developers. Furthermore, we had a need for custom development by integrated another app into the Vajro platform for us. They engaged with the developer and using the API of that developer integrated the functionality we required to allow us to proceed. We are excited to work with Vajro and highly recommend them to other Shopify businesses.

I have tried installing this app twice on my store now and in both cases I had nothing but trouble. Even now I still have the remnants of this app cluttering up my theme with lots of code staying behind in my theme, which does not get removed upon uninstalling the app. And even more, it actually affect my customer experience since it throws up a "google-site-verification"string onto all of my webpages, in clear view of my customers. No matter what we have tried, we cannot get rid of it. And I do not even understand why it is there in the first place since my site is verified through GTM, GA and html tag. So why this string for a totally unnecessary html file verification? And how do we get rid of this eyesore? And how do we get rid of the at least 10 snippet files still kicking around without impacting our store? Plus how do I know that there is not any redundant code embedded in other parts of my code, creating the issues that I face? We have been using this app now for a couple of weeks and we are very happy with it. It does exactly what we were expecting it to do and some more. There was a small issue with incompatibility with our theme, which was solved within hours by Nikita. Excellent service and excellent app. Recommended.
Why is it that, after I uninstall your app, it leaves behind all its code in my theme? And when I try to remove it I get errors all of my shop? Hi there, Thanks for your feedback! As mentioned over the phone (voicemail) and email the easiest way to uninstall the assets is to use the "Cancel plan" button in the app (available from Settings > Subscription) as described here: https://support.discountninja.io/en/articles/2698217-how-to-cancel-your-subscription This functionality was added precisely to avoid leaving assets behind after uninstalling. The reason Shopify apps leave assets behind after deleting the app is because Shopify removes all permissions of an app when it is uninstalled. Including the permissions an app needs to "clean up". Shopify is addressing this in an update of its product that may land in 2021. Once that is in place the experience for the merchant will be easier. In the meantime, please use our "Cancel plan" button to uninstall. As mentioned in the emails I sent you in this regard we are happy to help you remove those assets (even though they are no longer loaded and as such do not affect the performance of your theme or shop we agree that it is best practice to remove unused files to avoid confusion). We're waiting for your approval to remove those files from your theme. Please reply to our email when you have the time to let us know we can proceed.
