Solid, robust upsell platform implementation was super easy, especially with a dedicated, hands-on after hours support from Hamish. He is smart, did the work to understand how to optimize all conversions across the board, did the implementation. Revenue on upsells are up by 30% approximately.
Lisa from customer service was outstanding in helping me. The site is very easy to use, and modify.

The helpful insights are super easy to use for our customer support agents, and this gave us a great grip on fraudulent orders. We were able to literally get rid of all our return and replacement abusers.
