They've been extremely quick to answer all questions and help with tiny integration issues. Highly recommend, especially their customer service.

Could not be less happy with the new Shopify POS Pro. Paying an additional $89 a month for features that have been available to us for years is ridiculous. The dark theme is terrible with no option to change the colour, products load slowly and in line rather than in a grid, again slower to find what you're after, we preferred icons for payments methods as it was quicker and easier rather than reading down a list, taking partial payments is not intuitive, rather than a simple button on your first payment method. Not worth the money at all. We will be seeking a new POS from another supplier shortly.

Terrible customer service. After deleting the app per their instructions it had still left code on my website. It has now change the way my products display and left some products that never had discounts with multiple prices. I have sent 2 emails, I have also had Shopify help contact them with no reply! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I installed this app and found it extremely easy to use. I then requested support to change the design and location of the badge and was greeted by Ranjit who was quick to help with all my needs. Looking forward to more options within the app for editing! Thanks heaps!

Easy set up, fantastic service with 1 little issue with my store. Looks great and was exactly what I was expecting.
