I have been a long time user, but every time i need it to work, there's a problem. Maybe they should ensure that the thing works, promptly, without fuss, before adding new bells and whistles. Time to look for something else.
Support was good, but the app stopped working after a few months with no resolution or explanation
I did not actually write a review, so for these guys to put a fake review they get a 1 star.
I set this app up, sold a few cards, and everything seemed Ok. The "pink" background was ugly but they said they were working to fix this. However, they seemed to have changed their business model to take a portion of the cost of the gift card? Thats crazy! Aren't their costs the same? And it no longer works at all, without notice. Great way to piss off customers in November.

I've used this app for a while, but started seeing my photos on other retailers websites. I checked in, and it stops copying text, but I m totally able to download images. Not good at all.
This App 100% replaced Route in like one day. Everyone, us & customers, are much happier. Response from support is usually like instant. This is the best app i think i have ever installed.
This is one of the best apps I have ever purchased in the Shopify App store. It adds tremendous value, is easy to use, and looks great. I am also impressed by the updates they seem to do periodically.
