Always a great experience! Martin is awesome, and so is Lorenzo. Whenever I run into something I can’t figure out on my own, I always hope I get connected with one of them. They’re both incredibly helpful and make everything so easy!
So far so good! Was looking for a stocky replacement and their customer service is awesome! Luke has been great and the app so far is great!
The "founder" David, is COMPLETELY RUDE and off-putting.

Sorry, that was me. This store said support had approved something that support hadn't. I said so. Sorry for coming across as completely rude and off-putting. My wife tells me that sometimes too. I hope I get the chance to correct the impression. David

So happy I made the switch from Route insurance to this app. Best decision ever! They seem like they come out with new features every once and a while too which is awesome!
Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the complete and utter terrible experience these people are only in it to STEAL YOUR CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They take FOREVER to file claims and piss your customers off ultimately. I tried to give them a chance after a year or two having this app, I am giving up and taking my business elsewhere. A customer had a package leave our warehouse 3 weeks ago but still have tracking updates that we recent and inside their 6-7 day window. We went ahead and ate the replacement cost just to not get them mad. Route is USELESS!!!! Not only that but you will have to end up filing the customers claims for them, because lets face it, its "too hard". I have to wait days and days for anyone in customer service to get back to me and no one is ever on chat. They have been going way downhill ever since they took away dedicated account reps away and just used the chat. Now we are leaving and I already am getting something else set up. BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!

AMAZING!!!!! They are super fast at responding and I was able to customize all of our stores! I have been using Shopify for 5 years and this app has made it awesome now to keep track of our 300+ stores and areas we need to work on!! Thank you!!!!!
Great App! We use this app to bundle products with multiple variables. It makes it very easy with a nice look. The customer service is great too in helping to get set up and/or other issues. Would recommend.

We used this app to help create bundles on individual pages. Works very nice and easy to setup. Would recommend.
