Niestety czasami paczkomaty nie ładują się. Klienci muszą odświeżać stronę by paczkomaty pojawiły się ponownie. Jest to o tyle wkurzające że zabija to konwersje w sklepie

There is literally nowhere to contact you. There is no email provided. I have a problem with your application and it is not possible to write to you. Why create an application without being able to contact the creator.

I'm so sorry you had this experience. All my contact details are listed here on the Shopify App store for every one of my apps. Shopify control the (very elegant) design of these app store pages and I appreciate that recently they have removed the "Get support" button in favour of the "Support: Send a message" link below. I suspect this may have made it harder for you to find it. In response to your review I emailed you right away as I understand you had encountered a problem in my app, which I then resolved within 2 hours of learning about it. I've also added my contact details to the in-app "Help" page in case any other users can't find it. For anyone else struggling to get in touch, please either click "Send a message" or use the email address listed below. You'll receive an automated response from me instantly asking for specific information about your problem (store URLs, storefront password if applicable, current category setup etc). As soon as I receive your reply, I will get back to you urgently, typically within 24 hours. If you don't hear back from me, please check your SPAM filter, because I always reply. Kind regards, Alex
This app is a game changer for my business. We have a lot of products and it's hard to sort them meaningfully, but thanks to this its possible. Additionally, we recently had a problem with the theme and support helped us.

There are some set-up difficulties in the big high-end stores, but Neville is very helpful and has set everything up for me.

Great support. The application allows you to edit CSS, so you can adapt it to yourself very easily. Works great. The biggest plus point is that the app is free :)
