We’ve had a great experience with Revize, especially thanks to Shreya’s support throughout the whole process. Our main challenge was finding a way to offer our customers a longer order editing window without creating any risk for our stock, particularly for limited and low-stock releases. After testing and discussing different options with Shreya, we were finally able to set up a 15-minute editing window while keeping our inventory fully protected, which was exactly what we were looking for. Since implementing the 15-minute window, our customers have been using the editing functionality more frequently, which has been a great sign that the solution is genuinely useful for them. We have now even moved beyond the free plan because we exceeded its usage limit, but this has been a positive development for us as it means the app is actually being used by our customers. A special mention to Shreya, whose support throughout the whole process has been incredible. She was always available, patient and extremely helpful, taking the time to understand our specific concerns and helping us test and find the best solution for our particular setup. Her support made a real difference. We’re very happy with Revize and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify stores looking to give customers more flexibility after placing an order.
I can't recommend this app enough! It's hands down the best banner and pop-up solution I've used. The functionalities are absolutely next-level — from smart targeting and scheduling to beautiful, customizable design that make everything look super professional. Everything runs smoothly, without bugs or glitches, and it integrates perfectly with my store. What really sets this app apart, though, is the customer service. The support team is lightning-fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was running exactly how I wanted.

Apart from being so easy to use and to setup, what most amazed us in Redcast Heritage was the customer service response. Anudeep has been helping us for the past two hors, being kind, dedicated and always happy to help. Worth every penny! Very happy customers here
Customer service is very helpful! They solved all our doubts and took care of the customisations requested by having the Premium plan. They solve everything very fast and they're very kind. Thanks specially to Summer who is the person who attended all our requests. We are very happy that we chose the Fordeer app for our invoices.
