I had a very frustrating experience with Upsell.com. There is no clear or real time overview of the costs you are building up while using the app. Charges are not visible in advance and are suddenly deducted, which came as a complete surprise. In my case the app generated €340.86 in upsell revenue, while €424.70 was charged in usage fees. Paying more than the app earns makes no sense for a merchant. The pricing structure is unclear and based on impressions that often do not convert, yet still count towards billing. Without clear cost visibility or safeguards this app is risky to use. I would not recommend this app unless you are willing to constantly monitor your Shopify bill and accept unexpected charges.

Super fijne app, gebruik het nu al bijna een jaar en heb enorm veel reviews binnen gehaald. Je kan het helemaal invullen en verifiëren om ook te laten zien dat je een vertrouwde webshop hebt. Zou graag nog meer opties zien voor Shopify stores om review banners op plekken neer te zetten, Bijvoorbeeld een review slideshow op de homepage. Update 2024: Nogsteeds geen extra opties voor review sliders of carasouel sliders. App blijft achter op concurrentie. Jammer...

Great app, using it some time now for my webshop. Also they help with adding custom fields that needs to be translated!

It looked very good, but I did not receive an email and the app was very slow in using and loading pages. Hello there! Thanks for your review. By default, we do not send out invoice emails for new orders, as you might want to set the application up before it starts sending out anything. :-) Of course, it is always possible to enable the automatic sending of invoices, so an invoice will be created and sent out for any new orders instantly. As for the performance issue, our monitoring does not show any recent loading issue, perhaps there was an issue with your connection?
