OMG, installed, didn't work. It lets you checkout over the max despite the cart adjustment. And now, after uninstall, it has completely destroyed the cart flow. Update May 15th: the fact it took you almost a week to see this says it all. Yes obviously your uninstall takes other code. Taught me a very important lesson I needed again - to not play around on production.

I believe that OrderLogic currently removes all updates or artifacts that it creates when a merchant uninstalls but we are happy to take a look for you regardless. Started off well. Finally a min/max solution that did it all. But. As soon as added in to each stage of checkout had Shopify warnings of checkouts failing and maybe 5% of customers unable to check out (when no limits were even turned on). So hard to replicate hence didnt contact support. But was fine before install and fine at uninstall. In between, fury. And automatic Shopify alerts to say the app is causing checkout failures.

Straight forward to install - well so I thought. One minor issue which their fabulous support took care of. Am waiting to see structured snippets work again now that Shopify reviews is gone (for the good!!). But am sure they will.
been using it for years, but now i find out how much been hurting load time, and how much code it has put in that cant work out if an uninstall will clean it up. also now compatibility issues means it doesnt work all time time, just randomly.
It literally does nothing that is new or useful. Just a dashboard, that tells you how many charge backs. Useless. I would have thought a basic template would be to block by IP, and other patterns, rather than just email address. Don't bother.

Thanks for taking the time to review the app. I understand that you would like to block orders/checkouts using Fraud Control. One method as you mentioned is using the Flow templates that are suggested. Alternatively if you click on the Rules section in the Admin side bar you will see that you can create custom rules to checkouts before they become orders using IP, billing/shipping address, email or postal code! Please let us know if you need help with setting these up!
Best reporting app, with the best customer support of any app I have used. The team are always happy to help create the reports I need if I cannot do it myself. Best app to have on Shopify!
