OrderLogic ‑ Min & Max Limits

Don't work at all!!!

OMG, installed, didn't work. It lets you checkout over the max despite the cart adjustment. And now, after uninstall, it has completely destroyed the cart flow. Update May 15th: the fact it took you almost a week to see this says it all. Yes obviously your uninstall takes other code. Taught me a very important lesson I needed again - to not play around on production.

We experienced something similar to another merchant where OrderLogic wasn't working for us. We contacted support who was very nice, however they were only able to blame the app not working for us on another app. This app is good when working properly, however it's not working for us anymore

The OrderLogic team was really nice, but ultimately, this app didn't really work. Customers would get a pop-up sort-of stopping them in their carts, but would proceed to checkout pas OrderLogic's limits. When OrderLogic escalated it to their engineering team, they basically said "it's probably interacting with one of your other apps and not working, but we can't see what the issue is". Ultimately, a very kind shrug emoji. It may work for most, but it didn't work for our store.

App not working for a long time, contacted support nearly a month ago.. still waiting on a reply. Hopefully someone will get back to us soon.

This app doesn't work. If a user puts an item in the cart, then they will get a message the first time, but can still checkout without any issues. We sent 3 emails to support and have received 0 replies, we would like a refund.

I was very happy that it worked so fast. But sadly it doesn´t work on mobile phones. That is very bad because most of the people use their phones to buy things... i would give 5 stars but this is a very negative point for me ...

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Quick and easy to install and set up, no specialist knowledge required.

This didn't work for us, unfortunately. We used a tag based limit. I increased the quantity in the cart, got an error, hit update cart and it took me back to the cart without modifying anything. I was able to checkout with 4 over my limit. We are going with another app. It does have a very nice interface.

This app has worked well so far for the purposes of our online store. Hoping that no issues arise in the future.

Too easy to by-pass, just hit dismiss and bingo, multiples of my limited items are in the cart ready for checkout.

I run a wedding gift store, and many items have minimum order quantity. This App help me save the bargain time with customers. Support is timely and friendly, I'm happy to sell more with this app.

Just downloaded the app and shows nothing but a blank page saying Choose Your Subscription. No reply to email or phone calls. Seems like part time developers who don't support the app unless its lunchtime during their day job.

I used this application to implement a range of items allowed in a cart for processing. Simply say min and max number of items allowed per order. For 3 month this app failed me 2 times. I had to cancel orders and have to apologize to my customers. If you can live with this - it is your choice. I will get a different app.

This app works exactly as advertised. Easy to set up. Shane and his team responded quickly to an issue we were having and went the extra mile to solve a tricky bug related to the app and our theme working together. I use this app to set the minimum order quantity for my products. This is exactly what I want. The customer service is also amazing, Shane answers all my questions and help me to make a small custom change based on my request.

Initially I had custom code applied (from a developer) to my website so I could fix minimum quantities. While this worked temporarily, it was expensive, and always needed to be fixed when the theme was updated. After trying ALL of the min/max order qty shopify apps, I can confidently say that the OrderLogic app for Shopify is by far the best! It works absolutely perfectly for what I need (minimum order quantities per item). And the best thing is, customers can't "trick" the system! This is the perfect app if you want minimum quantity for selected products. It works great when the minimum quantity is not in the cart and let the customer know to update. There were a few things I wanted changing and Shane was fantastic. He worked with me very professionally. His service is impeccable! Thank you so much!

I've been using OrderLogic for over a year on a store generating 6 figures. Every product on my site has minimum order requirements, so this app is an integral part of my success. Along the way there have been a few issues, but the customer support is fantastic. They have always been quick to reply and worked hard to remedy any issues I may have run into along the way. We have implemented order logic and it is great, it does what it says on the tin simple order logic! Due to the nature of the products that we sell we had some special cases that needed to be added, the team at Order logic connected remotely to my development machine and worked with us on the phone making the necessary adjustments with no additional charge. Love this app! We use this app on all 3 of our shopify stores. We use it for 3 main purposes: enforcing our wholesale minimums, offering free yet limited products (ex: 1 free item if you add it to your cart), and case-unit pricing (customer needs to order product in a particular multiple). In addition they have friendly and responsive customer service!

Jason & his team provided EXCELLENT support, helping us quickly resolve our issue in regards to how the OrderLogic app interacted with another app that fires at the cart level. They came up with a great solution, and oh so quickly. This web developer is EXTREMELY happy! Thanks guys!

As with any app there is always the potential for problems due to conflicts with other apps and customization. Ours was one of these rare cases and this app was conflicting with another app we had installed. We emailed support and Shane dove right in and remedied everything. He went above and beyond to ensure our problem was resolved in a timely manner. The app is amazing and works just as we expect it to. I highly recommend the app for it's functionality as well as the amazing team that supports it!

Highly recommend this app if you need to implement minimum order rules. 1) The interface to manage your products on the back-end is straight forward and effective. It's customizable without being confusing. 2) The developers that we worked with were extremely helpful and prompt. The app works perfectly as advertised, the 5 stars are not only for the app that is great, but for the customer service. We needed to change some stuff that came by default. In less than 4hrs we had all the changes (yes many of them) already live and working as we need it. Not happy with giving us an amazing customer support, the people from Oiizes saw that we need it a special support and they brought the solution before we even ask for it.
