The app has been working as expected, support has been responsive and stick to their word as I have been granted access to all features after confirming information they asked for. Good stuff!
Still early days of my experience but the setup was straight forward and easy, data populates real time so far so good!

Update: I worked with the team to update the landing page. They helped me review the landing page so it looked better on our website. Worked fine until they made some recent "improvements." Now it doesn't clear the pop up that tells you about the improvements and you are frozen. Sent two emails to support. No answer. Don't install until you know that the version of Shopify you have works with this app.
