Five obsolete app-owned metaobject definitions from Referral Program - Shopjar, with type prefixes app--884572161--..., remain under Content → Metaobjects/Entries after the app is no longer used. Shopify Admin reports “These entries can’t be deleted — 5 entries are read only.” Please remove the orphaned Shopjar app-owned definitions and their entries from the store.
I couldn't get my affiliate signup form to work, and Sreenithi was really prompt and helpful. Resolved it in a few minutes!

I may be too quick to comment right now because I JUST set up my referral program, but the process from start to finish was so simple. I booked a call with them just to make sure I was doing everything right, which I missed an important tickbox to set it up properly, and they caught it for me! Excited to see how the referral program will help my small business. They also applied a 20% off code just by booking a call with them! They're prices really are the best in the market already and with another 20% off, I only have good things to say so far.
We are looking into a new referral program and Shopjar came recommended to us. I am already amazed by the customer service experience, as I sent a chat for help and they immediately sent a Zoom Link to talk it through. GREAT JOB!
I think Shopjar is fantastic. The platform is very intuitive and easy to follow, which makes it simple for anyone on the team to learn and use step by step. I also really appreciate the level of customization it offers for links, coupon codes, and setting what promotions apply and what don’t, that flexibility is extremely valuable for our team. Additionally, Harini Madura was amazing throughout the call. She did a great job explaining every feature of the app clearly and thoroughly, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, it was a really positive and informative call.

o not use this app, or any app made by this team, under any circumstances. It’s a complete waste of time. They spent a long time setting it up and it still doesn’t work. When you ask a question, they brush you off. Then they apologize over and over again. You feel sorry for them and say “okay, never mind,” reinstall the app, and they make everything even worse. They made me look ridiculous in front of all my affiliate customers; for days now, people’s purchase commissions aren’t being recorded. Their help desk basically doesn’t work.

For context: our team worked closely with you during setup, made customizations based on your specific requirements, and you personally tested and confirmed everything was working before you've re-launched the program. The support from Shopjar is truly excellent. You receive personal and fast assistance. The support team not only provides helpful tips but also takes action directly, so I don’t have to handle everything myself. It’s really great support and a huge help.

Finished set up and very happy with the features and support. Sometimes less is more for referral programs and Shopify apps and Shopjar fits this bill.

Outstanding support Effective app - just what i needed, no frills but strongly effective
Just started using the app, but writing a review for great support. Could not figure out how to make referral work, and support helped in real-time. Vaishaak was the lifesaver. I booked a meeting with another person, but no one turned up, so I sent a message, and there was Vaishaak; he sent a link to join a meeting and helped me solve the issue.
I have a good experience with this app. The customer service from Nihasini was also really helpful!

Ramesh really helped me on a good level.. i had some issues with my theme with font size and padding. We hopped on a call and fixed everything step by step. The functionality of the app is amazing i would highley recommend!
I’ve been attempting toi integrate the ShopJar Referral Program app for several months now, and while it has potential, the Klaviyo integration is a complete letdown. Despite both ShopJar and Klaviyo pointing fingers at each other, the integration remains unreliable and far from ready for prime time. For our business, seamless, on-brand transaction emails via Klaviyo are non-negotiable, but this critical feature consistently fails to deliver. I’m beyond frustrated—ShopJar could be a game-changer, but the broken integration makes it unusable for us. Until this is fixed, I can’t recommend it.
