Amazing customer service and support. The app was very easy to learn and the AI trained in no time to address questions accurately about anything from my store. What made the experience of using this app even better was Sophie taking the initiative to make sure after synching it to my shopify inbox that the chat function was strategically positioned on my page for desktop and mobile browsing to not overlap with anything else on my page when being used. She promptly provided her support to adjust the coding for proper positioning. This app is a must have with top tier service and support.
A definite must have in helping build brand visibility especially when short on time to dedicate to that or just not savvy about how to go about with ad creatives or social media posts. Very easy to use and to integrate. Best decision yet to use this for my store!
This app has been what I was searching for to optimize and drive my website and brand to the next level. The support has been beyond exceptional. I was completely lost in creating and setting up a mobile app for my store and they literally took care of everything and made it so seamless. I can't recommend them more. This is a must have!

This app has been a great asset to my store. There is much variety in products available. What made the process of using the services offered through the app distinctive is the personal attention provided from the staff. Tab Zhao has truly been essential in making the process as easy as possible by being proactive and ensuring I remain informed on app usage, product integration and fulfillment. Definitely a must have app!
Excellent customer support! It was amazing that Shubham was proactive in ensuring the app was working well & live for my store by reaching out directly to me about my oversight when he noticed I did not launch it properly. Was very excited about finding this app. It is very user friendly and the integration with my store was seamless. Customer support is super responsive and resolves any issues and addresses questions thoroughly and promptly. I especially value Fiona & Yinghe's help in ensuring the process was smooth for me after installation and throughout the order process. I was able to find a ton of variety in products available that align with my brand and can continue delivering great service to my customers because of the great service this app provides as well.
