Good app with solid AI search features. The text and image search work well and help customers find products faster. Had a small issue with the mobile image search closing unexpectedly, but their support team fixed it quickly — responsive and helpful. Worth trying if you want to upgrade your store's search experience.
Customer service are very good, they kept messaging me till they made sure my issue was solved

We have loaded 30$ and till this minute we are not able to make the application works... support are trying to fix but seems they cant fix it don't load any balance unless you are sure app works .
We are 1000+ orders store and tried many tracking applications almost every application in Shopify, shipway is simply perfect and fits our requirements, support staff are amazing they helped us with a lot of optimizations.
A lot of limitation for international shippers invoices cant be printed, returns are not available for international shippers, integrating with our couriers didn't happen as promised.

We highly recommend Shopney as they offer a lot of options needed to run a successful mobile application. from multi languages to multi currencies, in app chat and integrating with ping. Modern themes, easy menus and above all great customer support.. thanks Melissa for all your support.
Well we have tried so many other providers over last year we end up loosing a lot of money.. we are with Tapcart for almost 4 months so far so good very classy design a bit costly if you compare with others but you get a support from a dedicated team with every dollar you pay. By far the options provided by tap cart no one else on Shopify can even come close..
