Very happy with the app and the people who support it...This app can and does alot to help convince customers to purchase products from us. I personally read reviews before I buy anything and LOOX gives us a very easy way to collect reviews from our customers without being annoying or intrusive.
Easy to use and customize....Support has been great.
App works great. Support is excellent and fast.

This works very well and support has been very fast and thorough. They just "do stuff" for me and know what I need before I know what I want. Very happy
I would give this app and Max a "10" if I could. Entering tracking numbers was always a time consuming task and I, like any business owner, am always looking for ways to save myself time. This app works perfectly. Max set it up quickly and has customized it "just for me". It streamlines a daily task and allows me more time to work my business. I cannot say enough good things about Max and the app. If you think this app will help improve your business, I encourage you to reach out and give it a try. You will be very happy, I promise.
Love it....I initially thought it would be difficult to set up but it was not. This app has streamlined so many things and allowed me to concentrate on other duties besides data entry. Support is terrific. Thank you so much....is worth every penny ;-)
APP is Easy to use and customize. Customer service responded in about 15 seconds.......it could have been faster, LOL ;-) James was helpful and seemed sweet. Kindness means alot to me.
I needed support on an issue today and Jose helped me a great deal. Within minutes the change was made to my full satisfaction. Service was prompt, professional and more importantly kind.....that meant alot to me. I would recommend the app without reservation.
