So far I'm finding the app very easy to use and the AI fairly refined in the process of learning and answering customers. As AI continues to evolve, businesses like mine will depend more and more on the help that it offers. As long as BestChat keeps up with the demands of the evolving business needs, they will have me as a loyal customer.

I was excited about this app because most of my marketing is through influencers and I am an influencer myself. The first sign of trouble was when one of my top referrers pointed out a sale that came via his referral link and was not registered as a referral. The final straw was when another referrer showed me how his referral link was coming up with a 404 page not found error. I've had to let all my referrers know that I'm shutting down the program for technical reasons. I hope Shopify can sort out the bugs and turn this into an awesome collab system, but in its current state I will not be using this app.

Love this app. The only small issue is that it takes a couple of seconds to load the bundles in a page.
Easy to setup and quick support. Works well on a mobile and does not impact page load speed like some others.

Great app that is reasonably priced and does the job of recording sessions well. Easy to delete old recordings.
