Great App and Great very Responsive Support, that does not only understand their own app, but also Shopify as a whole, which is important when it comes to bugfixing or tweaking the app to make it fit your style or needs. Highly recommended. And as others have mentioned, you purchase a ONE TIME COMMERCIAL LICENSE. NO BS monthly fees like with 99% of the apps on Shopify.

We had to downgrade our rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Our profile with Ecologi is constantly showing server errors or other errors related to rendering the website. This causes big confusion with our customers and ultimately in them loosing trust into our business if our climate action claims are not verifiable by them. Support was useless so far and told us 3 times that the problem was fixed althought it wasn't fixed. We sent screenshots of the problem each time and yet no one seems to care but rather send a canned response that the problem is fixed when it isn't. We've recently been experiencing some 404 issues with the Ecologi site which resulted in it intermittently going down. Our tech team have worked hard to deploy a fix for this and has confirmed that the issues are now resolved and that the website is functioning as normal. We understand completely your frustrations with this issue and that you've not received a great customer experience. Perfect Return Management App with lots of customization options, super fast support and really fair pricing. Nothing else to say. We migrated from "Return Magic" which Shopify is discontinuing. Give this app a try it's worth it.

ZERO to ABSOLUTELY USELESS App Support. 99% of staff seems to be located in India, don't speak proper ENGLISH, and communicate via canned responses which lead you to nowhere in resolving any issues you might have because they are not understood or cared for in first place. Total waste of time contacting them. Sad to see how "far" Microsoft has come as a company. ProTip: If you check out all the "canned" responses to the negative reviews on here, one should see the pattern off "support and quality of support" for this app rather quickly without having to ever install it. Unfortunately we didn't know better at first.

Worth Every Penny! Fast and Knowledgeable Support! Took a bit for us to set up the new Amp Theme and configure everything, but it's nothing different than configuring your regular Shopify Theme. We can definitely recommend this app!

Company was non responsive to email and support questions we had and it seems the app did not work properly which is why we reached out for help. We uninstalled the app again. Lost 35 USD, because since no one responds to support questions, you cannot ask for a refund either. GREAT!

Holy Moses! This app is the holy grail of Affiliate Marketing Apps. It does EVERYTHING you need to set up any sort of referral program. The features and customizability combined with the super affordable prize of this app are beyond anything we've seen and what you sometimes don't even get with 500USD/per month and upwards affiliate platforms. Support(Thank you Simon) is also super fast and the help pages are super easy to read and understandable. Keep up the great work and this app please. It's a life saver for small businesses :)
