Radi is super patient and responsive - we need to implement the tags with a third party ad agency which are not in the existing set up, he offered a consultationt the second day and worked these out.
it's amazing!!! the online help center is awesome. the representative is very nice and patient to help me to solve the problems!!!

They can only use Postmen App to print labels, but Postmen App cannot solve a courier account issue within two weeks.

Unable to set up a courier account with them, and did not get any updates from the support team within two weeks.
