Sherwin was amazing, helping me with some mapping corrections! Couldn't have done it without them! They really are such a helpful team! I have had to reach out to support as we ironed out the kinks... and I am never let down! Today Ben was absolutely stellar in getting me sorted!
This app didn't work for me as I had hoped but their support team worked hard to ensure I had a fair experience.

So far so good! I wanted growth on my subscriber list and so far, it is doing that! I had to ensure I had it all set up right - but I was able to get some support as well, and I appreciate that. Jen

I definitely ran into some issues with this service but mostly it came down to rates quoted not being final shipping rates. Overall, the rates are not competitive with rates you can negotiate yourself. And I really disliked the adjustments made and how they would just 'charge to my card'. Their team did go above and beyond to keep my business though.
