Excellent support from shopify team at any time.
I switched from Tapcart to Napps after a bad experience and lack of customer support. First thing i loved was their design. The product builder is really powerful for people who have different size tabs and different product pages with different designs. I really like the ux-ui of the app and the main features. Also this guys have great ideas for the future of this sales channel :)
Overall, the application is great and has great potential. PROBLEM: Like everything else lately, they create the flow with the Shopify brand throughout, so it's not your own brand solution. This makes every vendor look like a shop and not a brand. It's a shame that shopify is using our business to promote theirs while getting paid by us. Even to get an account as an influencer you have to register in shopify platform.

Support is very poor. They don't care if you grow and if you have everything working fine. Using tapcart only makes sense if you have more than 120000 monthly site visits and a team dedicated to the app. The customization is very limited, so keep in mind that your app will look like all the other tapcart apps. FB tokens have to be continually updated by yourself so you keep this in mind. Too expensive for the value it brings. My online store is actually better than my app. I wish I had given it some thought before jumping on this app provider, there are better solutions.

Regarding the price is ok but not ok for the functions. Support tries to help but they can't do anything technical for us and don't give ETA to have this functionalities available. The app itself has potential and i will change my review as soon as they work their problems.

Hello there, and thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Indeed, at this moment, Omnisend has two Email Builders. The New Builder provides more customization options and ease of use, whereas the Classic Builder offers a larger selection of building blocks. Despite being more advanced than the Classic Editor, the New Editor is still in development, and some features are not yet available. Our developers are aware of the missing blocks and are working to bridge the gap between the two editors. Meanwhile, we recommend taking a look at the Product Recommender block. Amazing. Get full control of your adspend. Understand what is working for you and what is not. They also make you suggestions how to improve the performance of your campaigns so you will pay the app with the extra revenue.

great app. good costumer support, no problem, doesn't affect your speed. overall there is nothing bad you can't point to them.
It was easy and fast to creat feeds in multiple languages. The support is also fast providing solutions.
